I wanted to do a split payment and after she took my card and ran it she stated she couldn't do a split payment and it took it all off the one card. Laziness. Every credit card machine and POS system offers split payments.

Arby's is our go to restaurant, but this specific one is not going to get a second visit from us. I specifically asked for ketchup in my order. When they handed me the food I asked whether they added some to the bag and they said yes. We were back on the road to find NO ketchup and our family had to eat the fries dry. They lied well, and I didn't have the time to verify my order. And so we suffered. Not worth it.

The Gobbler fried turkey sandwich was better than I expected... surprising for fast food.
What a great place to stop at and recharge. Food has always been done perfectly and everyone thete is so friendly.

The Arby's location in Dansville, NY, makes the best Reuben sandwiches compared to other locations. I usually use drive-through, but when dining in, the staff was accommodating and polite.
