Arby's is our go to restaurant, but this specific one is not going to get a second visit from us. I specifically asked for ketchup in my order. When they handed me the food I asked whether they added some to the bag and they said yes. We were back on the road to find NO ketchup and our family had to eat the fries dry. They lied well, and I didn't have the time to verify my order. And so we suffered. Not worth it.

The Gobbler fried turkey sandwich was better than I expected... surprising for fast food.
What a great place to stop at and recharge. Food has always been done perfectly and everyone thete is so friendly.

Waited like 10min in the drive through, I’m THE ONLY car, just for the absolute heifer at the window who I’m pretty sure just came from the bathroom to screw up the order anyway… and she’s messed up my order before. Really like Arby’s, really hate the staff/management at this location.

The Arby's location in Dansville, NY, makes the best Reuben sandwiches compared to other locations. I usually use drive-through, but when dining in, the staff was accommodating and polite.

We haven't been to Arby's for awhile. Can not believe the price of 2 Arby's cheese, large curly fries & 2 small sodas. We spent over $20 dollars with a senior 10% discount. Even though Arby's is our favorite fast food restaurant we will not be going to them again.
