I have no clue what's going on I ordered 2 Frozen coffees and 1 drank fruit refresher. The 2 coffees literally were milk nothing else it's called COFFEE for a reason. Literally spent $25 and change on these to be door dashed. What's going on Dunkin?!;

I came thru this morning for a coffee and sat in line for 10 minutes. It was around 9:30 when I came so it was probably a morning rush but when I got to the window the girl didn’t know how to scan my points. She might be new. But I saw at least 2 people just walking around doing nothing. Drinking there drinks. When I got to window my iced coffee still took at least a minute to get after I paid. I Guess I’m going to start leaving earlier for Dunkin in the morning🙄

The Bagel is raw I asked for 2 extra toasted everything with cream cheese. You can tell it was toasted because it was warm when I got it but the bagel is raw its chewy and gross I took one bite and couldn’t even finish the one bite. I got two bagels so I went to look at the other bagel and it’s the same way. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what happened I come in and get bagels with cream cheese all the time and they have NEVER been like this. Service was good super friendly I’ll still get my coffee just not my bagel.

Very slow service. They are always out of stuff. Drinks are never made right (especially the iced coffees) we sat in the drive through for 15 minutes. They obviously need more workers the service is always SLOW. Don’t recommend this Dunkin, Morris street has way better service!

Never get what I order on the screen as they’re out of everything and never any napkins up front, container is always empty.
Ella made our coffees today and they were so good as well as the customer service!

This is what I received upside down in my bag this morning from Dunkin. 1 the bacon is whole pieces which makes it impossible to get to my hash brown. 2 the hash browns were all combined as one because they were so packed into the cup. 3 the hasbrowns were super crispy and some had to be thrown away. I’ve gone to this Dunkin multiple times and it’s gets worse every time!

This place has made a total turn around. Had my best 4 wake up wraps ever this week. I’ve had dry burnt horrible wake up wraps at other locations but quality control isn’t an issue here. The lady today and I believe the other was were friendly and made everything perfect. Really just impressed by the turn around this dunkin has had and the credit is due to the work staff.

Chris and the blonde girl are the only good part of BOTH dunkins in Bath ny. Give em a raise or something for pulling the entire weight of both teams.
