They are cutting corners everywhere. When I spend $6 for a cup of milk, it is time to never visit again. They were not interested in fixing the drink. And honestly I have a policy never to have anyone fix anything because I don't trust they won't do something to it. So I just NEVER go back. Dunkin used to be an okay chain. But I can say that for various reasons, they no longer seem to have any pride in their stores or brand. Very rare that I find a great one anymore. Some okay mediocre. But this isn't even one of those. Maybe not putting the matcha powder in saves money. But you won't keep customers when you aren't providing what that are ordering. So sad.

How could a Dunkin’ have no large iced coffee cups!? Disappointing to experience that but I get it that sometimes inventory deliveries don’t sync well. Settled for a medium one and it did its job. . .
They are always out of things and the donuts are pathetic and barely frosted. If you’re going to just get a coffee you are probably ok but don’t get your hopes up on food. They were out of eggs today and when I asked for a croissant stuffer they said the people who worked before them didn’t pull them…I’m going to guess that means they were still frozen? So I basically couldn’t get any food at all today. Don’t waste your time…if you’re driving outside of Bath, wait to go to a different location.

The cappuccino tasted like a cheap mix that they had found out back ten years ago. As polite as I was they charged me almost 6 dollars for the nastiest drink I had ever been stuck withShe would not allow me to switch drinks, the rudeness was to the point where I woul never go back.

Have never had a good experience at this Dunkin. They are always out of everything, wait time is terrible, the list goes on. Ordered a latte just to be told the espresso machine it “down” so I got a plain croissant with butter and this is what I received. Absolutely disgusting. Not even worth going back and complaining about.
