We went through the drive thru about 5:30 Saturday evening 12-27-2025. We ordered an 8 piece family meal. They were out of coleslaw which was disappointing because that’s usually the best thing they have, wound up getting two potatoes to make up for it, we got home ready to eat and the chicken appeared like it had been sitting under a heat light for a while, the biscuits were hard as a rock, you could have used them for a weapon. For 34 dollars it was very disappointing.

Not a customer because gross, but I am a Doordash driver and l avoid these deliveries at all costs. They are always out of stuff, always pulling all the cars, always a crap attitude and revolving door of employees. Slowest fast food I have ever seen. I have never heard a good thing about their food either. Avoid it if you can!

Pls remind your people here in kfc sm legazpi city branch to be friendly to their customers.. We had a bad experience in your branch today. The cashier who served us today did not even smile or greeted customers. Seniors citizens waited in their line for too long before a cashier attended them. The food is not properly placed on the plate. Is that normal in your store? Even though they are under pressure, because there are a lot of customers they should still give their best service. Hope you can fix this problem with your people here. So disappointed..

The workers didn't come up to the front to take your order, you had to wait for one to come up front. Not very friendly and the food was overcooked. Restaurant wasn't very clean located in Bath,Ny

Chicken has a very off putting grease taste. If you take off the skin then it's ok. All of the tables were dirty,we wiped ours off. Had to ask for plates even though we order in. We got there at about 6:30 in the evening and they had to check and see if they had enough chicken for a 8 piece order. We haven't eaten here in over a year and nothing has changed. Probably won't be back.
The general manager and staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They charged extra food on our meal after clarifying the order multiple times, then they refused to give us a refund for the food that we didn't want. The staff also does NOT wash their hands before making the food. Not a safe place to eat. Will NOT be going there again.
