The stores in Detroit inner city will not allow you to swap any pieces when normally you pay extra for white meat, but if you ask for all dark meat they still want to charge you extra to make the change. The stores outside of Detroit are more than willing to swap out for their customers, but for some reason I can't understand the stores within the city limits are giving the customers a hard time for such a simple thing. I will no longer buy within the inner city & many others who I have queried on this subject feel the same way. Sad state of affairs KFC. Get it together. Stores on the eastside of Detroit!

The kfc at 401 E Belt blvd was out of hot sauce today at 1:04pm. Instead of providing good customer service they sold me fried chicken and then when I asked for hot sauce the manager came and said we are out the truck didn’t run. Really they should tell you that when you are ordering. Probably over 85% of people eat fried chicken with hot sauce on it. I was really upset because I could have ordered something else instead😡

We went to the bath kfc at 8:40pm on a Friday night and the location was closed. The workers saw us coming and locked the doors. Every website says they close at 10pm.

I went there on a Tuesday evening to get take out for 3 of us. After a couple of minutes I ordered the 12 piece chicken with 3 sides(approx $43.00). Then within 2 minutes of placing the order I was asked by another employee if I had been waited on and I told her yes but had just noticed a sign in the window advertising 10 piece chicken (drums and thighs only) for $10.00 Tuesdays only. I let her know that it wasn't mentioned to me and can I change my order before it is made. The employee said they can't change an order that has already been paid for. I work hard for my money and with Bullsh..t like that I will not waste my money in that chain again.

I stopped in to get dinner for my kids and there friends I understand I had a very very large order.and I was patient and told them to take their time I didn't mind waiting. So after waiting 40 minuets got our food and went home. To fund out that 1/4 of your order was missing. So I called to let them know and see if we could get it. After they picked up I was told to wait a minute and they would get the manager so after sitting on hold for over 30 minuets waiting I called back and rang off hook with no answer. My family loves kfc that thus type of service is uncalled for.
