When we were at your store a gentleman was rude to the store manager yelling and screaming at her She handled the situation very well. I called the cops and they arrived. The stor manager handled the situation very well. We need more strong people like her.

KFC..When your manager who wouldn’t give a name is griping how everyone comes in all at once and you have already been 30 minutes + waiting for 2 small meals you have a problem. You would not refund me and let me go on my way. Instead of pulling your screen around to show me how much work you have maybe you should focus on how to run a team efficiently. My 1st clue should have been the guy upset in front of me that complained about how long it took. My 2nd clue should have been the guy waiting in line that walked out. You couldn’t even give me proper contact info for a supervisor so that I could convey my concerns and ask for a refund. NOBODY was demanding a 10 minute meal or less. 30+ minutes for 2 pieces of chicken 2 biscuits and mashed potatoes is absolutely unacceptable and reasonable to ask for a refund and be given the contact info to a supervisor. You should be happy to be busy and prosperous instead of miserable and unpleasant. To the guy at the cash register I respect your understanding and appreciate your handling of the situation and sincerely apologize for my behavior. I did not expect for a manager to be so unprofessional. You have more respect and manager skills than your manager. Approach is everything and your manager has no ability to manage. With all this being said I can guarantee you I will respectfully not eat at another KFC for as long as blood runs through my veins. Place wasn’t even that busy

Pulled in the drive thru at 9:55 pm. Online and the sign at the drive thru says open till 11. No answerat the speaker, go to the window and kid says they close at 10pm and they started new hours a week ago. Wouldn't it make sense to change signage and online hours before the physical work schedule? Or is the kid lying to me and just doesn't want to work. Either way I was there before closing and left empty handed as I pulled away at exactly 10pm. Piss poor example of management !

The stores in Detroit inner city will not allow you to swap any pieces when normally you pay extra for white meat, but if you ask for all dark meat they still want to charge you extra to make the change. The stores outside of Detroit are more than willing to swap out for their customers, but for some reason I can't understand the stores within the city limits are giving the customers a hard time for such a simple thing. I will no longer buy within the inner city & many others who I have queried on this subject feel the same way. Sad state of affairs KFC. Get it together. Stores on the eastside of Detroit!

I came in and I was the only customer here, yet all the tables were filthy and needed to be wiped down so I didn’t want to sit down anywhere to eat. There was no soap in the women’s bathroom either. If the employees there have time to be on their phones back there like I saw, they have time to wipe the tables down and fill the soap in the bathrooms.

The kfc at 401 E Belt blvd was out of hot sauce today at 1:04pm. Instead of providing good customer service they sold me fried chicken and then when I asked for hot sauce the manager came and said we are out the truck didn’t run. Really they should tell you that when you are ordering. Probably over 85% of people eat fried chicken with hot sauce on it. I was really upset because I could have ordered something else instead😡
