I've been there twice. The first time I had the red osier sandwich (roast beef) and the 2nd time I had the pan seared scallops both were very good. The service was a little slow on the Friday night I was there but was worth the weight, although I did not have the chicken wings my nephew did and they looked very good.
We go to the liberty street pub when ever we are in hammondsport. It’s only a short ride down the road and it’s a dependable venue for a Friday night fish fry. The portions are ample and the food is delicious. I have my usual Guinness on tap.
The only complaint I have is the level of loud music. I don’t know why eateries have to blast a hole in your ears while you are trying to relax after a long week of hard work. Please lower the volume!!!
Stopped in for lunch and so glad we did. Bartender/ owner was great. Ordered wings and wife had quesadillas. Perfect. Wings were nice and crispy. Good sized beer variety. Bartender pulled up a chair when we were done and talked like we new him for years. When in town we will definitely return to this place. Thanks for your hospitality.
