Really good Chinese food when I am hungry for it. Love the shrimp & cashew nuts with vegetable, the fried rice, pork lo mein, egg rolls. We always get taken out & always have enough for a second & sometimes third meal.
Keep hanging up on me when im trying to place an order . Very rude ,dont like to answer questions and being they have 5 pictures of there lunch menu and zero pictures of the rest of the menu its hard to tell what they have and they don't want to tell you . Or they just hang up before they even say hello.

I called to put in a big order to be picked up at 4:45 and the guy kept interrupting me. I asked if i could finish speaking and he hung up on me. I called right back, giving them the benefit of the doubt and he answered and said; call me back at 4:45 and hung up. The rudest customer service i have ever endured in my life. Shame on him. I will go to Corning from now on.

I went in and placed an order from the menu. The price was $12.95. They tried to charge me almost $15.00 for the dish. When I asked why, he said they have new menus coming and the price is higher. In the USA there is a thing called FALSE ADVERTISING. Which means they must charge the price they have advertised on the menu or otherwise. Just because they have new menus COMING, does not mean they can charge the new prices using the old menu. I understand that some may say it's only a couple of bucks difference, but for people who are on a very tight budget, that could make or break their budget. The man who took my order was extremely rude shouting at me so, NO I did not get the order and left, and NO I will not go back there. I will travel to Hornell where I know they are friendly and give large portions for the price they advertise.

Tried to order food. Tried to change vegetables from carrots, celery, onions, peppers to water chestnut, bok choy, pea pods, baby corn, and bamboo shoots. I was told no. I called back and was told it would be $7 to change. I said ok and was hung up on.

I ordered a large sweet and sour chicken but ended up getting a combo which is fine but then after a few bites of the sweet and sour chicken I see a bug in my sauce. I called and told them and they weren’t willing to give me new chicken and sauce and the lady on the phone was rude. Zoom into the second pic for the small bug. I won’t be coming here again

The health department should look into this place. There are sewer smells when you walk in, and toilet/ sink won’t seem to drain in the men’s bathroom.
I grew up in central MN (not known for good Chinese food) and this was the worst Chinese cooking I’ve ever had.
Idk what happened but I stopped to get Chinese food and I was amazed how crowded it was. I ordered my food and was told 30 minutes. There was people waiting for food they ordered at 6 pm and it was now 8pm and they were still waiting for their food. What happened to the time when you could order everything on the menu and it was ready in 15 minutes. These customers who were waiting for so long should have been given something like some cans of soda but they were not. They probably lost some customers tonight

Usually pretty good NOT tonight. They were very very busy. Sat in car for close to 1 hr... one man left after 1 and a half hrs. My 21 fried shrimp was extremly hard like as a rock. The fried rice was ok. .

Was hung up on 4 times at 6pm. Came in waited 20 mins to be helped with 2 people in the store lady was telling people no more orders and call back tomorrow. Thier open till 9 pm. Lady was very rude to everyone that walked in
