We found this Inn on Airbnb and we were so fortunate we did! We don't know how it wasn't booked! The inn has self check in which was super convenient. The room itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The addition of the pub and a complimentary breakfast with our stay was the icing on the cake! The pub had amazing food and creative drinks and the breakfast and late check out at 11am was perfect for a slow morning.

I stayed at the Pleasant Valley Inn for the Wineglass Marathon last weekend. My stay at the inn met and exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend staying here! Stopped and had a fabulous dinner. My husband had the tuna poke bowl and it was delicious. I had the apple cider mimosa that was fabulous. Staff is super friendly.

We’ve rarely given a spot 5 stars on, but Pleasant Valley Inn stands out for both the food and accommodation. The owners and staff are kind, responsive, and down to earth. The food and cocktails are outstanding, which makes staying in the Inn all the more worth it. Sit at the bar, play cards, shoot the breezy with the staff and other clients, all just steps away from a quiet, cozy room. This will be our go to spot any time we’re in the finger lakes.

Vanessa and Tyler are so talented. With their opening of the pub, they’ve brought a higher level of hospitality to the area. The menu is so widely & regionally eclectic~ it’s honestly so amazing that we get to have such beautiful treats here in Hammondsport. With a price point for everyone and a menu so diverse - there’s a dish for everyone.. we’re here once a week and love coming back!!! Thank you for bringing such a beautiful place to Hammondsport <3

Rooms were charming and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for the showers. Easy to find and easy check in. Met the hosts/owners and they were a joy to chat with. The Eggs Benedict for the included breakfast was absolutely delicious! We'll head back during the warmer weather and enjoy sitting out on the porch, sipping wine!
Stopped in to The Pub at The Pleasant Valley Inn second night of their grand opening weekend. Everything was wonderful and the staff is phenomenal! Was greeted by one of the new owners, Steve as I walked in & sat at the bar. Vanessa was behind the bar and as always, she gave the best service not only to myself, but a full bar as well. Michelle and Carrie, the two other servers were also busy and doing an amazing job.
For food I had the burger- cooked to a perfect medium. I asked for no bun, add bacon & with a side of fries (They did have GF bun I just didn’t want it). Didn’t need the ketchup I used the garlic aïoli for my fries and my burger. It was very delicious! For dessert I had the strawberry crème brûlée & it was so rich and creamy. They had so many things on the menus that looked so good. I can’t wait to go back and try everything.

PVI reopened tonight and it did not disappoint!!! Food and service both fantastic! We had the Chèvre appetizer and split the chicken sandwich . Both were so delicious. The chicken sandwich was truly the best I’ve ever had…moist, tender, and great flavor! Kudos to Steven, Tyler, and the rest of the PVI staff. Nailed it!!!!!!

The planning with Cassandra LaCroix to the excellent food prepared by Chef Steve was flawless. There were LOTS of complements on the venue, the food, and the private space for us to enjoy this event.
