Used to love this place but it's crazy how downhill it's going. Very disappointed, Cajun knots and large pizza are still raw and doughy. Respectfully, y'all need to teach people how to cook food rather than trying to get it out to the customer faster. Quality>Quantity

I’ve had pizza from gas stations better than Rico’s…. $100 wasted, everything was undercooked and the excessive amount of garlic butter leaked out of the box all over my seat.

Pizza was warm. $10.00 Buffalo chicken salad had 4 tiny squares of chicken and a line on Buffalo sauce over the top. Not worth the money. Delivery took way too long for one pizza and a salad

On my way through town I couldn't leave without getting the chicken wing pizza. When I ordered, the staff was up front about the kitchen constraints and timing. They were polite and thoughtful. I decided to order after all, given the lack of options on my journey West on 86. I wasn't disappointed. They beat their original time estimate. I sat outside to eat on the lovely patio and brought some pizza back to Ohio for family.

Awesome!! I’ve been all over the country and the world in my 58 years. I now live in Georgia, so when I visit my sister in Syracuse Pizza is a priority. We decided to take a different route home this trip and came across Rico’s Pizza. So glad we did. This little Pizza Joint out did all the other places we have stopped on our trip. The service was great and did I mention the pizza was fantastic!
