So the owners are limiting how many vegetables you can add to your sub. I’m sorry if I want extra olives I don’t think 6 olives counts as extra. I worked at subway and we gave the customer what they asked for, cut corners by giving the customers less vegetables. Watching the cameras and threatening to fire employees for putting too many vegetables???? Are you serious? If you can’t afford to run a business then DONT RUN A BUSINESS

I door dashed food on 1/19 and this was the best sub we’ve had from this location even with them only have 1 person working best sub perfect portions and even went out of their way to label every sub!!!

We ordered a pickup for a footlong ham sub and a meal deal steak sub. We did not receive the meal, only the sub itself. We paid for the entire meal. The steak sub was also the incorrect bread type and had incorrect toppings. We called and spoke to an employee who apologized and said we could pick up the correct order the following day. She assured me the other employees would know about it. When we called to place the order 12/12, we were told my the GM, Kris, that our order was not incorrect and we would not be receiving a refund. When I tried to explain that the order was in fact incorrect, she became extremely rude and hung up on me. She refused to refund the money or provide the order. Avoid this place at all costs. Never had such a negative experience with management before.

I was informed that when a family member came in earlier today on Friday October 18th to pick up my order that they were ignored for almost 5 min and then when speaking to an older worker her tone was very rude but thankfully the younger worker was very helpful

Subway is advertising $6.99 footlongs. I was very disappointed in the sandwich. They were very skimpy when it came to the ingredients. It was more flat bread than anything. Also, you are limited to only one footlong at $6.99.

subway #15755-0 322 W Washington Street, Bath, NY 14810 I arrived for scheduled pickup of preorder sub and the doors were locked. I caught the door when a customer was leaving and it cut my arm. I got in store and heard did you have a previous order and I said yes. 3 behind counter working on preparing subs, 2 women waiting by cash register and a couple others in a haphazard line. 4+ customers sitting at tables. I hear one of the workers say I'm working as fast as I can. I look around and see sub on shelf, check it and my name is on it so I pick it up and leave. I had wanted to get "my rewards" at cash register but. My sub was good
