walked in quarter to 1 had 3 people in front of me, the one worker i believe taylor was working very hard and her co worker was not very helpful, i ended up getting 2 dry subs and walked out about quarter after one. the last thing is who takes the white paper off the sub before wrapping?? leaving the oils/ condiments (even tho hardly any) sogging through

First of all its clearly not a foot long. And Instead of folding my sub in half the long way. Its literally rolled like a croissant. Making the bread an inch thick. Seriously what the hell dude. Do better.

What’s with the three ceiling fans blowing on high? I’d like there to be somewhere to sit where there’s not a fan blowing above me. I ordered 2 subs and they didn’t mark which one was which so I had to open them to see and of course, I opened the wrong one.

Heather did a great job! She was under pressure and kept it together. She didn't miss a beat and was able to get the order correct regardless of the line ahead of her. Not sure why she was doing it all alone, but she deserves a raise for her ability to not cave under pressure!!

Ordered to this store on accident using the mobile app. As soon as I realized what happened, I called the store. Manager was very rude, yelling at the other employees in the background. Told me I would have to wait several days for a refund, which I said was fine, but then hung up on me before taking any information. This has been over two weeks ago, and still no refund. Order shows as picked up, and I definitely did not pick up.

Placed an order to this location by accident. It said I had to contact the store directly to cancel. Within 2 minutes of placing the ordered I tried calling the store with no answer. I attempted several times over the course of hours. This was Saturday. It is now Tuesday and still no one answer and everyday I have attempted to call several times!

You would think I would stop going here by now, but I always give it another try. Ordered a salad, they threw the meat in (whole, not chopped) slices of cheese (again, whole, not chopped) and I asked for extra/heavy dressing, there was hardly any. There was barely any lettuce or spinach. My boyfriends salad was a chicken bacon ranch, the chicken and bacon was un cooked. My sons personal pizza was over cooked and hardly cut. Again, I should have learned the last time, but I gave it a chance (because sometimes we have off/bad days, and may not be on top of our game). I will drive the extra few miles and go to the one located in the Pilot truck stop in Kanona from now on.

Waited for almost 40 minutes for the 2 people working to take my order and because they had 6 more tickets come in while I was standing in line, they automatically do those first. I'm sorry but the people in line should come first. Hire more people or put in a superate line.
