Stopped in at 7:30 pm for dinner and the selection was terrible. No meatballs, roast beef, or tuna. Was told my “woman” on duty that she was by herself and doesn’t have time to prep more.
This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have stopped here and had crap service!

As I was going to write the review u can already see similar exoereience have been posted. It the worst subway I ever seen slow service and at the end you don’t get what you paid for. You will hardly see toppings on your sub and few pieces of lettuce. I just wasted my money here. I would not recommend anyone going there. Waste of time and money.
Absolutely the worsts sub making I’ve ever experienced. There’s like 3 pieces of lettuce throughout the whole sub my chicken was not thoroughly heated up. Just simply a disgrace would not wish this on anyone.

I appreciate the fact they make pre-made sandwiches and put them out for drivers to just grab and go but they really need to stop putting tomatoes on it because all they're doing is creating a soggy gross mush sandwich

Service is slow. Waited 35 minutes because of mistakes made on customers ahead of us. At 1:15 pm They were out of onions and green peppers- so the veggie sandwich was lean. We should have walked out, but the sandwiches were already in progress. The server should have told us they were out. The server tried to make up with a load of mayonnaise. Worst veggie sandwich I’ve ever had. Most of the mayo on our Supreme Meats was on the outside of the sandwich. Churro was stale. Sub-par Sub-Way.

Unfortunately, no one prepped bread before the 6pm shift. This flustered the male employee that my sub ended up saturated with buffalo and teriyaki sauces.

We came in just a few moments before closing and we greeted with a smile and "hello, how can I help you" the gentleman at the front was so nice and didn't even care they closed in a matter of moments. Us standing in line brought other customers and he maintained such a positive attitude. He asked us if we were in a truck and/or traveling we apologized for coming so late and he was so positive. I'm so thankful for people like that because I have been that person in the restaurant/food industry so many times. That employee deserves a raise

We were behind a family for whom English was not their first language and I will give it to the girl waiting on them that she was trying. The trainer however was another story. Absolutely appalling behavior. Being disgustingly rude to her co worker, the customers ahead of us and us. muttering under her breath. slamming stuff around. We opted to take our food to go so I didn't tell her about herself. Subway should do better. this person should not be in service at all. I didnt catch her name. Dumpy with shaved hair on the sides and the attitude of a junk yard dogm

Was waiting for my husband this morning, sitting at Subway and was very impressed by the way the guy behind the counter treated all his customers! So we had a sub there about 11:30am today and I told him we were getting a sub because of how he treats customers. He said he needed that. Best. Subway employee. Ever! Oh, almost forgot, lol, awesome steak sub, too.
Best Subway! Perfect customer service! I ordered the Hotshot Italiano, and all the ingredients were fresh.

I want to give a shout out to the employee who handled a sticky situation like a pro. Jermaine, I believe was his name, jumped in to cover for "their boss" who was dealing with a difficult customer issue and then just walked out... leaving Jermaine and one trainee (?) to take care of the many customers that just kept coming. He worked very quickly, correcting any errors amongst the confusion and did it with a smile. Thank you, sir, for keeping your cool!
