The lady is very rude. I waited for 15 minutes after ringing the bell for service. When I rang the bell again, she appeared and started yelling at me. Then I left the place without food. She has no sense of customer service. I hope she will improve this bad quality in future. But the guy at pilot apologised for her misbehaviour.

Apparently a big Philly cheesesteak doesn’t come with “cheese” any more and the guy behind the counter today (11/3/25) told me that mozzarella is a type of meat and not cheese 🤔
I got charged double what I should have and left with a shit sandwich. (He added extra charges for the correct amount of meat and the cheese I asked for since it doesn’t come with cheese) But there is not much option in the area

Great sandwich but I left my credit When I returned two days later to see if that was where I lost it, the same guy was working. I couldn't believe the wonderful news! He had found it and turned it into the Pilot office. Thank you Subway guy!!! Hope your manager reads this and gives you a big raise!

This is one of the worst subways I've been to. I think that girl that took my order was named Melissa maybe it was Stephanie, one of those. You could absolutely tell she didn't want to be there. Was talking to her coworkers more than paying attention to her job. I got a veggie sub. I asked for extra lettuce and she didn't even put a regular amount of lettuce on it. I asked for extra spinach and same thing. I had to ask for her to add a bit more spinach and literally add like 3 leaves. It's a VEGGIE sub. VEGGIE! Don't waste your money at this location. Oh also she had me pay before even finishing making the sub, I would suggest refusing to do that so if they don't make how you actually order it you don't pay. I would have walked out.

Stopped in at 7:30 pm for dinner and the selection was terrible. No meatballs, roast beef, or tuna. Was told my “woman” on duty that she was by herself and doesn’t have time to prep more.
This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have stopped here and had crap service!

As I was going to write the review u can already see similar exoereience have been posted. It the worst subway I ever seen slow service and at the end you don’t get what you paid for. You will hardly see toppings on your sub and few pieces of lettuce. I just wasted my money here. I would not recommend anyone going there. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely the worsts sub making I’ve ever experienced. There’s like 3 pieces of lettuce throughout the whole sub my chicken was not thoroughly heated up. Just simply a disgrace would not wish this on anyone.

I appreciate the fact they make pre-made sandwiches and put them out for drivers to just grab and go but they really need to stop putting tomatoes on it because all they're doing is creating a soggy gross mush sandwich
