Incredibly slow service. The kiosks in the dining area were not working and no employee was at the cash registers, so I had to spend 5 minutes waiting for an employee to walk by to ask to take my order. Even then, they had me wait until they took an additional few drive through orders before coming back to the cash registers to take mine.

Young male staff member made a demeaning comment about my appearance. Had a flippant conversation back and forth with the young girl who jokingly scolded him. I stood there shocked as I was nothing but polite waiting for an order. Manager asked how I was doing and didn’t do anything to reprimand his employees who just mocked me. Never again.

A quick lunch stop on the way home from Niagara. Food took some time to come to us although the place wasn't crowded. Perhaps there were more pick-up orders than dine-ins. Friendly staff, clean restrooms and plenty of parking.

Well never got my food two people that ordered after me got theres before me. So I just walked out not the first time had issues. I talked to a manager about it before because its not the first time this has happened and some other issues with the staff. Well I guess complaining to manager is a joke now they see me walk in and they delay my food on purpose. I dont know but I will not go back.

Best fast food value the days, especially the boxes
Waited for about 20 minutes or more for a luxe box and one taco. 3 people working. 2 were in kitchen. Looked like one of them didn't know what they were doing and moved at a snails pace making the orders.

Was driving back to canada and had my first Taco Bell experience. The food was amazing and so fresh and the team was AMAZING thank you guys for the best first experience

My fiance took my daughter today for her 10th birthday lunch because it’s one of her favorites. No one was there at 11:20 AM the doors were locked. Hours were posted as normal and you could see online orders coming in from the drive thru window. I understand being short staffed but put up signs if you have to step away and or if no one shows have a manager post.

I’m not typically a review person but I needed to come on here and say something. The young man that was working tonight was the only one in the entire store! However that did not stop him from providing an excellent customer experience, even under the pressure he still found a way to stay calm and locked in. Others left because they were worried of to long of wait, while we stayed as we got to the window this is when he explained the situation he was in. Even with a line brewing he still provided excellent service and I can’t say enough nice things about him! Definitely would recommend to anyone, this young man deserves a raise! He’s the definition of living Mas! Thank you for your excellent effort and hospitality!!
