The manager there is the worst manager I ever have dealt with in my life I highly and I mean highly recommend any fast food place but this one treats his help like they are trash this place has good employees but crap manager his name tag says Art the Hispanic guy and calls his customers papa how inappropriate I am no papa . I take offense to that it's very unprofessional

Order 4 piece tender and get 3, come back to get one more and the micromanager is like “what’s the name on the order?” I give my name and he’s like that’s not an order then takes my tenders and puts one the size of a chicken nugget in it. I went through the drive through so there’s no name on the order genius. #microenergy! No one’s trying to steal your tenders bud! Lady was chill
Had to wait 45 minutes for 2 items (10pc nugget, small frosty), didn't get it and had to leave.

Food was eh. Ordered a asiago ranch bacon chicken sandwich. They put mayo on it..ok cool! The drive thru cashier was rude. If you don't like min wage don't work min wage jobs..overall extremely unhappy. My fault for thinking paying premium prices for garbage food.

Get spicy chicken. Chicken was very dry, French fries cold. Staff helples. Was planning to use coupon for soda, stuff acted like I'm stupid. Maybe someone needs to teach them how to use coupons and have good manners because I'm not first who complain about this. And please do not prepare food early and wait for customers food getting dry and cold...

Placed an online order came and picked it up. I then asked the lady for a free frosty from my coupon thing WHICH DOES NOT SCAN. She told me to go wait in line to place an order. I said fine but then look and the line is big waited 10 minutes in that just for the front desk lady to not put my order in and Just told me to tell her to make me one. I was so upset I forgot to check my food until we left and both my nuggets and my friends were spicy instead of normal. Unbelievable

I went through drive thru and got a classic asiago meal (#8). The employee Jacob was nice and amazing so nothing wrong with him! We paid and got pulled due to waiting for our order which was a 9 ish minute wait. Not a problem. Issue is my sandwich tasted and looked like it was sitting in the warmer for more than 30 minutes (I use to work there so I know the times and food safety of how long food can only be held for..) and I couldn't even finish it. Threw it up all of it after 30 minutes after eating. Im pregnant and lately the food there is not good and not up to Dave's Standards.. (the founder of Wendys). Im so disappointed and definitely will stop eating there.. my baby is more important than my cravings right now and that could harm myself and my baby.. not risking it anymore.

Horrible service at night. Orders are never right, and they can’t even bother to add the sauces we asked for. They are always pulling us foward when it’s not busy having us sit there for 15 minutes for one meal the fries were not fresh either 🙄
