Love this location, the staff member Jenna is so kind and helped me pick out the right cake for all my occasions. Not to mention the ice cream here is amazing!
This Carvel is great. It is properly ran and you get exactly what you expect from an efficient and clean Carvel. Definitely the number one Carvel in Suffolk County NY.

Got there 8 minutes before close and the girl said she wanted to get out on time tonight so she wouldn’t help us. Never go to this location ever!! How does the owner support this. Just wanted an ice cream cone. We will spread the word of what’s happened.

The staff seemed reluctant to understand who was paying and was surprised that I wanted to make an order for myself as well... Just very cold personalities like robots. Not friendly or inviting, more like they did not like us or looked at us like second rate citizens.There is no need to profile or judge anyone because of the way they dress or by what they drive. I had lots of cash, but do not look at me as if I do not belong.If this is the case, close your shop. I am a paying customer and deserve to be treated with Respect!
