The staff seemed reluctant to understand who was paying and was surprised that I wanted to make an order for myself as well... Just very cold personalities like robots. Excellent service. Ample parking with tight entrance/exit from Montauk Highway. Carvel tends to be pricey so we feel best when we use a coupon or two for one Sundaes on Wednesday. Reasons for 3 out of 5. Large spartan interior with very little seating and broken down picnic table in front. Would like to sit and eat a cone in A/C when roasting on a hot day. Exterior of store could use TLC. Lastly, doesn’t smell like fresh cream as Carvel stores of old. Despite all of the above...
