The guy who took my order was kinda shot , I asked for a chipotle cheesesteak on rosemary parm and wanted to add mushrooms and he said you couldn’t do that, but you can for an additional fee. Also when they rang me up they were about to ring it up as a chicken one when I said the regular one. Finally when I got my sandwich it was not on rosemary parm when I opened it in my truck. Wake up dude. Everyone was nice.
Had an order delivered tonight via Grubhub, this is not the first time...all previous experiences were excellent. This time, 3 sandwiches approx 87 dollars. Upon arrival, one of the 3 was missing. The bag was sealed shut with 3 closures. I called the store to offer to pick up the sandwich, but was put on hold immediately and given to who identified themselves as the manager.
