Took over 35 minutes to have 4 slices heated up, and had to ask about where they were. We were given 2 different stories including they forgot to heat them up and they're super busy so it's taking that long. When we were finally brought our slices they were all cold and had to ask for them to be reheated AGAIN. Quality decreases each time we come.

Tried to take a bite of my slice and all the toppings fell of. It was literally a cheese pizza and they just threw the toppings on top. Worst pizza ever. I’m from Texas and I thought I would get a good pizza before I head back and worst experience. Also the employee who I spoke to was extremely inconsiderate when I called. Mind you I was nice and he said call DoorDash and get a refund with them. Horrible service

I am extremely disappointed to be writing this post as no one at this establishment has been wanting to listen to the wrong doings of one of their own. There is a manager there named Jabbar, we know him from Lombardi’s, he is a very charismatic man until he isn’t. We have a friends who frequent the restaurant who have voiced some foul behaviors of this man, from calling his employee a faggot to making unsettling comments about how one of his workers needs to put his hearing aids in. As a mother, I have always been one to listen to the stories of younger kids because that comes with the terorrity, but as you frequent a place and build rapport with staff, you begin uncovering not so pretty things about some of them. Up until recent, maybe a month or so again, we have always enjoyed going to the restaurant and dining in, that is until the staff started changing and Jabbar started presenting this dark presence to the dining room and you could see his staff get unsettled. The little busman always frantically running around as this “leader” yells at him, the wait staff scrambling and whispering in corners because he makes them uncomfortable. One time when my daughter, son and I were at the bar with Tom, the bartender and when he walked away, Jabbar was calling him and Tom did not hear, he then continued to “joke” about how he needs to turn his hearing aids up or buy a pair. He looks down the females shirts more often than not, no respect for them as a manager. He has made his server cry during a shift because he called him a faggot, which we were told by friends of ours who stopped coming in and my husband and I looked at each other in awe. We were just in tonight for pasta night, when we were catching up with our server, he informed us that two of the best servers they had, the nicest of girls, always very personable and accommodating, were fired. When working for a tyrant like this man, I am surprised Marcus keeps him at ALL. It’s truly despicable to be running a business with such a TOXIC, NEGATIVE energy around your employees. Such a shame, Satelite is a Bayport staple and it will be ruined by one power hungry man.

Under new ownership! New owner (one in particular ) highly unprofessional and disgusting to staff! Work environment toxic and employees are not treated fairly or well! Miss the old owner and old food ! Shop somewhere else locally!

Got some things at my office today! Chicken franchise, chicken in vodka sauce, meatballs and penne alla vodka. Everything was so delicious. The chicken franchise was my favorite!! Meatballs taste like my mom’s. Loved it , can’t wait to try other things!

I would give no stars if I could, I'm actually in shock the way myself and my family were treated only about 30 minutes ago, we brought my mother into her favorite pizza place from when she was younger!! Her first time back to longisland after 32 years! We walked in 50 minutes before they closed, no one even looked up to greet us, got completely ignored, mind you there was plenty of people still eating pizza, we were confused to why we were ignored, so we went to the host stand where a young woman stood looking very angry, before I could even ask her anything she stormed into the bar, a young man came out with a smile and asked could he help us, I asked him could we have a table for 4 and a baby, he said no problem and brought us to the fancy side, the rude host/bartender is now standing there give us dirty looks and said something to the young man about us, we felt so unwelcomed, finally a different young man came over to take our order we explained we just wanted pizza, he explained that the pizza was on the other side of the restaurant and they didn't serve it in dining room, we said no problem and asked could we go to the other side that we just wanted a slice of pizza he said no problem and pointed us in the right way, we got up to the counter and was met by a different young woman who not only rolled her eyes but told us that it was only what was left and that they would have to cook a whole new pizza if we wanted something different and that they were closing soon, in shock we ended up leaving we were all so upset the way we were treated, when we got to the car I called to speak to a manager and got hung up on!!! Don't put your closing time at 9pm if you refuse to serve people and train your staff to not be so pig ignorant!! Never in my life have I been treated that way by so many people in one establishment. Will never be back, thank you satellite pizza for ruining what was supposed to be a happy moment for my mother!
