I work in a group home for disabled individuals, we go here every Wednesday for their 2 for 1 specials. I bring some of the guys with me to place our orders and the staff is always very lovely and patient with us.

You may be thinking that all Carvel locations are alike, but they're not. I have visited many Carvel locations in many states, and this one (fortunately my "home" Carvel store) is the best. The soft ice cream is consistently dense and smooth, never runny, and they have a large selections of hard ice creams and sherbets, all of which are delicious. Portion sizes are generous. The staff is friendly and helpful. Never disappointed with anything from this place.

The customer experience at this location depends on whos working. This is a very well stocked Carvel, but the staff can be iffy. One time I had a great experience where I was even joking with the staff member, and another time I got Nickle and Dimed for every small thing, and was treated with a short, unappreciative attitude, almost like it was a chore that I was buying from them. I will return again soon, (As I have many other times) I just hope my next visit will be pleasant....
