Our complex used Chara's Kitchen to cater our Labor Day BBQ and it was great!!! Very professional and the food was incredibly delicious. We were pleasantly surprised with all the great food. Would highly recommend them.

Just had this tonight. We had the shrimp, chicken and waffles, and mac and cheese. Great food! Looking forward to ordering again; we're going to try the yams and grits next. The only thing I don't understand is why we couldn't order via door dash, because we're only about a mile or so away. Hopefully the issue is fixed soon.

I'm very sorry to do this because I am a young black man and I understand the importance of black business. I have tried to support this business so thoroughly. I've ordered from here on 4 occasions and there's always a mishap. My very last one I ordered food and was told 25 minutes until my order was ready. I arrived about an hour after I called due to traffic, as i arrived they said that's the young man who called for the fish and asked me to wait an additional 15 minutes. As me and my son Wait in the car hungry for about 25 minutes finally someone comes out and says they have no more of the fish I ordered almost 2 hours later. I was given a 50 dollar gift card/receipt. It's been a month since and I can never get through and the receipt has faded away. I've even left tithes and offering one day. I'm highly disappointed. But I will pray for my black people and businesses.
She went above and beyond. Everyone at the party asked me where the fried chicken and corn bread came from. Nothing was left. So grateful to have stumbled upon this food gem.
Closed for 2 weeks but will definitely come back. Need to know
