Porters is one of our favorite places to go for lunch and dinner when we can sit out on the porch. The food is always great (I had the maple glazed salmon) and sitting outside in Bellport village is always a treat.

The food was excellent, one of the best lobster rolls I have ever had. The restaurant was loud, we ate inside so it seems the noise echos. The service was good but I would have liked the server to check on us more often. We had to wait to order more drinks, and to get our check at the end.

First time coming here. The waitress was incredible, absolutely attentive and made sure to treat all tables the same. Even spoke directly to my niece who is only 7, which was a plus for us because we are trying to teach her to be independent. The food was great and the value was exceedingly fair. The noise wasn't horrible. I read a lot of reviews where I assumed we wouldn't be able to hear each other but that wasn't the case at all. We will definitely be coming back.

Top notch service welcoming environment . We arrived a few minutes early and was seated immediately. Our waitress came over immediately and took our drink order and gave us the menu and specials. The food was delicious from beginning to end. Porters on the Lane we will be back.

Love Porters as it’s been delish both times I went. The service is great due to the staff being on top of what they do in order to make your dining experience enjoyable. The food is tasty especially the bacon wrapped meatloaf and the baked clams. The ambience is laid back and chill which is nice to dine in that type of environment. The place is in a great location since there are near the Gateway Playhouse where a lot of people eat before productions so they make a lot of mula. If you’re nearby I recommend dining here as it won’t disappoint.
