Top notch service welcoming environment . We arrived a few minutes early and was seated immediately. Our waitress came over immediately and took our drink order and gave us the menu and specials. The food was delicious from beginning to end. Porters on the Lane we will be back.
Love Porters as it’s been delish both times I went. The service is great due to the staff being on top of what they do in order to make your dining experience enjoyable. The food is tasty especially the bacon wrapped meatloaf and the baked clams. The ambience is laid back and chill which is nice to dine in that type of environment. The place is in a great location since there are near the Gateway Playhouse where a lot of people eat before productions so they make a lot of mula....
Food was good and the ambiance was nice. They had live music and it was a bit loud. My Apple watch kept alerting me that the noise level was a bit much. Overall, it's a great place and I'd go back. Our waitress was really attentive and sweet.
