waited 25 minutes for a donut while it was busy. when i walked up and said how long id been waiting, the lady told me i shouldâve walked up before because they didnât see the slip. i had waited for the massive line to die down before walking up. she acted like it was my fault she didnât see the paper for it and got an attitude about it. i wasnât mad, just saying iâd waited long enough to where i figured itâd got missed. her response- âwell next time walk up sooner because we donât usually see the papers for them. you shouldâve walked up here when you came in for them.â okay? not my problem. if i do a mobile order, it should all get seen and put out at the same time. my order said complete on the screen and disappeared. pay attention more maybe. if sheâd been nice about it i wouldnât have cared- but acting like it was my fault i waited that long (because it was busy) and you missed something is stupid. i know you guys get busy, but just admit when you made a mistake rather than blaming the customer for not walking up.

I had an issue with my drink from another location and they fixed it for me without hesitation yea they focus on the drive through like every other location but there usually always very friendly and polite

Not only is the service super slow because all five employees will be at the back working on whatever the drive-thru needs that generally has 10 cars in it because they're so slow if you're standing in line expect the way to good 15 to 20 minutes because the employees will come from the back where they're working on the drive-thru, not acknowledge you and then disappear. If you can avoid this place do it at all costs.
