This establishment is going downhill....as are all Dunkins. If you have to change your name mid game, it's over! The girls who work here are always mad at something. The donuts are hard. And the prices are for a sit down restaurant at best. Do Better, Be Better...Go Bills!

I’d give them a 0. Stood there for over 10mins. People looked at me multiple times never said anything. They were more concerned talking about their personal lives then taking care of customers let alone paying attention to who’s at the counter

I ordered a md iced nutty pumpkin coffee. And i got just a regular coffee. I informed them i got a regular when i ordered the pumpkin one and they changed the sticker on the coffee but did NOT change my drink. They did not try to hide the fact they didnt change my coffee like i asked.

By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Very poor customer service. On two separate occasions I’ve ordered 2 items and one of the items never got made. I politely said to the cashier that I was still waiting for a sandwich and the cashier told me that I was wrong , that I never ordered a sandwich. We all make mistakes, maybe I was quiet or maybe I was talking to myself. But how this lady handled it was disgusting so I walked out with my one item. I didn’t ask for a receipt so I didn’t notice right away, later I found that I was charged for 2 sandwiches.

They don’t ask for a name or give you an order number. Several times another customer was handed my order and I’m stuck waiting for them to make another sandwich.

Never once was I told that they were sorry or compensated in any way.

We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and it took us 4 times telling the girl the same thing and when we got our sandwiches they where hot like they came out of a microwave but ended up being cold on middle so took 2 bites and threw them away what a waste
