If I could give a zero I would. The drive through worker was SO rude for no reason.I ordered a small iced coffee half caffeine(because I’m pregnant)w 2 pumps of mocha and cream and the drive thru guy goes “how am I supposed to make a half caffeine coffee..” and i was like “half regular iced and half decaf iced” …. And he was like oh yeah so half caffI’m almost certain he just gave me full caffeine

I would have rated this location higher, but they are always understaffed. They continuously have only one person working, running the counter, drive-through, and the on line orders as well. Taking,making and cashing out all the orders It's not fair to the employees, and hurts customer service.

From the time we pulled up to the time we pulled away, it was over 10 minutes. The guy who took the order seemed annoyed and the girl at the window never apologized for anything and seemed annoyed as well.
