Best bubble tea in Binghamton!! Don't be scared that its an on-campus location, 2nd Heaven is the best in the area since they use actual tea, milk, and juices to make their drinks --- NOT powders! Service is super quick.One thing to note, they cook the tapioca in batches and so if the current batch runs out before the next one is done, you might have to wait up to an hour if you want tapioca (bubbles). Seems less of an issue recently, though!

Quality bubble tea with unique options of flavors, such as dragonfruit, rose milk tea and hibiscus. Staff is very friendly- I met the owner and he was helpful and professional. I highly recommend this establishment!

Amazing bubble tea. The taste is absolutely peerless to any other tea I’ve had in my 20 years of living. This truly is a 2nd Heaven. I recommend either their Rose, Lavender, or Thai milk teas. As a avid consumer, these flavors have yet to grow boring and always refreshes my mood after a long day of class.
