I wanted to highlight an exceptional employee I encountered today before my overnight shift on 12/5. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition. Despite standing outside in the freezing cold temperatures, she greeted me with genuine kindness and a bright, uplifting spirit. Her warmth and positivity truly stood out and made my day. She was a blonde team member taking orders around 4:45 PM, and if her manager sees this, please know that her amazing personality and work ethic shine through effortlessly. She deserves her flowers!

I prefer this one over vestal yes it stinks because you have to go in the Lowe’s parking lot but the service is always great, minimal wait time even when it’s super busy and friendly staff.

my last 2 iced coffees were awful. The first one I could manage to drink a little but the second was disgusting. Ew I will never go here again it sucked. the one in Vestal is better I am very angry.
Took 15 minutes to get a latte while the other line moved right along. Watched seven cars move in other lane before I moved 1 spot.

The coffee was fantastic, but the fun vibes and friendly staff was even better. The best part was the FREE pup cup for my furry passenger. As you can see in the picture, the pup cup was lip smacking good.

The employees here are so nice and the coffee was phenomenal! They were having issues with their Apple Pay so not only did they give me my drink for free but also gave me a coupon for another free drink. Best experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. Thanks again! ☺️

I come to this 7brew everyday before work. Coffee is always amazing, and the people are nice. But lately the service/speed has been nothing to rave about. I wait in the right lane while 5 cars on the left get their order taken before me, that arrived after me. Waited in line 10 minutes today before ordering, got all the way to the cashier and still hadn’t ordered. This is not to say anything bad about 7brew itself, I love the coffee and the set up and how speedy it usually is. But lately, this location specifically, has been a hot mess. However, it’s on the way to work.
