I had a yummy wrap and French fries for lunch from Batch! I ran through drive through before parent pick up and service was quick and kind! My 4 year old loves the fries too! Great drive through experience!
Generally come here a few times per week for a tea and or breakfast, but it seems they’ve gotten new staff, and they’re extremely rude and unprofessional. Whoever the girl was on drive-thru this morning (3/3) and dropped the food on the ground, then stuffed it back in the bag, thank you for showing me why I should be going elsewhere. You were unbelievably rude.

inflexible corporate vibes and dangerous parking lot - They carry beyond sausage, and won't sub it into their listed sandwiches with sausage. Same probably goes for the egg-free egg and dairy free cheese options listed on the menu. Wasn't even given the option to just remove patty from desired sandwich as some places will minimally offer. Feels very corporate; the nice view, decent seating, and wifi are the best part. But Cup-A-Jo down the street is much less corporate and offers better food. The parking lot apparently doesn't have an "Exit only" sign on the street side because trying to exit the establishment according to posted signage, I had about five cars ready to drive right into me. Such a stressful visit there!
Vegetarian options: would not sub in Beyond sausage patties or offer to remove animal patties from sandwiches, but Beyond sausage patties are on the menu.

For quite some time this has been my trusted spot for a small / medium morning Americano. However, in recent months, the quality has become frustratingly inconsistent. I understand that hot water is part of the balance, but why does it often feel like I’m just drinking hot water with a hint of espresso? More often than not, I’m left with a watered-down experience, which is both disappointing and perplexing—especially when the JC Batch location consistently delivers a rich and well balanced Americano.

Went to Batch for the 1st time to grab a couple of drinks. All I ordered was a large iced tea, my daughter got a large pumpkin spice latte, the total was over $12. $4.35 for a large average iced tea that was smaller than a Dunkin medium is crazy pricing. I won't be returning to Batch solely for the prices.

Batch is such a gem in the Chenango neck of the woods. The coffee is good, the specialty drinks are sweet without being sickening, the staff is so friendly, and the bagel sandwich is delicious. I highly recommend getting the bagel sandwich with a cheddar bagel (don’t y’all sell out their cheddar bagels now!!). This would so be a 5 star review if they didn’t just get rid of their best menu item…the hashbrowns. These hashbrowns changed my life. I would donate my left foot if I could have free Batch hashbrowns for the rest of my life. I’ve raved about them to all of my friends, family, and coworkers. I’d spend my last dime on those little salty, crispy pieces of heaven. But now they’re just like the little Dunkin circle hashies. I’m heartbroken, devastated, crushed, gutted, and gagged. Please bring them back!! Also bring back the American cheese.
Anyway, everyone go check out Batch because they’re awesome. Amazing drinks and bites. I love you Batch <3

Don’t get me wrong, I love Batch. Best coffee in the area in my opinion. However, they really need to work on stirring the syrup into their iced drinks (I never get hot so I cannot comment on those).
I frequent the Chenango Bridge location and for the past few months anytime I have ordered my usual iced mocha, all of the syrup sits at the bottom. It clearly hasn’t been stirred even a little. I could totally understand that being the case if they were busy, but this hasn’t been the case when I go there.
Other than that, I love the place and highly recommend it!

Unfriendly service unfortunately, not super helpful during the ordering process and when the order was done wrong unwilling to make it right. Great location, productive atmosphere however!

Really cute gem with good tea and coffee, as well as vegan and gluten free options. They also have outdoor seating and a drive through.

Amazing coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches. We had mochas from their house roasted beans with oat milk, as well as the basic breakfast sandwich on their own everything bagel(yum) and a ham on ciabatta. We were passing through the area via rte 81 and it was WELL worth the few easy minutes on and off. Highly recommend. (There is a drive through but we didn't use it and instead appreciated the very clean bathrooms).

I’ve given this place a good 5 tries before reviewing it but unfortunately it never really impressed me. The coffee always tastes burnt and I can never taste the flavors in their flavored lattes. The sandwiches also just seem microwaved but I do appreciate that they have gluten free options. It’s not bad, just really average. The service however is always very good.
