Prices online are wrong, they're more when you get here. Bagel sandwich was really tiny, one egg, two pieces of bacon and then they charged extra for hot sauce. The sandwich is so small I could have used 3 drops from a bottle but it costs 50 cents if you want some w your food. Idk but just on principle that's kind of bs. The breakfast at my hotel was so bad I came here to get something better and frankly could have had a hotel bagel I'd have enjoyed as much or more, but for free. $8 for one egg on a bagel is pretty weak. Charging for hot sauce is pathetic

Went to Batch in JC, on my way to work! Ordered a delicious ice coffee. Lost all willpower and ended up getting a cinnamon roll. The coffee was fantastic as usual. However, that cinnamon roll was scrumdiddlyumptious!!!

This coffee shop is now my MUST stop anytime I drive through Binghamton. Their sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, and iced coffees are absolutely delicious! I crave them! Well balanced and not overly sweet, the caramel and coconut iced latte is one of my new favorite beverages. Definitely stop in and try them for yourself!

Matcha latte and turtle brownie were great. Regular latte tasted burnt or over-roasted with a sour aftertaste.

Happened to drive by Batch Coffee after playing pickleball on a 90° day. Decided to stop in for an iced cold brew to cool off and very glad we did. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. My cold brew was excellent, with a rich flavor. Their food menu was quite extensive, with several options from sandwiches to salads, baked goods and even a kid's menu. Unfortunately we had dinner plans that evening otherwise they would have loved to try some of their offerings. They had several levels of roasted coffee beans for home brewing, decided to try the medium roast and it did not disappoint! Plenty of parking and easy in and out including the drive-thru. Next time we are in the area we will definitely make plans for breakfast or lunch here.

I had a yummy wrap and French fries for lunch from Batch! I ran through drive through before parent pick up and service was quick and kind! My 4 year old loves the fries too! Great drive through experience!

Generally come here a few times per week for a tea and or breakfast, but it seems they’ve gotten new staff, and they’re extremely rude and unprofessional. Whoever the girl was on drive-thru this morning (3/3) and dropped the food on the ground, then stuffed it back in the bag, thank you for showing me why I should be going elsewhere. You were unbelievably rude.
