Needs better management. Rude employees lately, 25 minutes in the drive thru, you can see employees on there phone and drinking coffee…. How about speed up the drive times!!

I have been going here for years, however things aren’t getting better. 24 minutes the other day and almost out in the road. They are creating a dangerous situation for motorists. I have driven by trying to get into the business parking lot plenty of times but can’t. Do better!
Parking: Drive through lot is small. Cars will be out into the main road on upper front street causing a traffic hazard. Dangerous!

I ordered drive thru yesterday with 2 cars ahead of me, I waited 18 minutes for a sandwich before I had to leave cause… who has time for that? There was still 1 car in front of me. I called the store to let me know I had to leave, they said they had my food ready…. They offered for me to come in for a remake the next day. Which is today, I thought they were making the moment right until they had me pay… why have me come back??? I was unhappy I thought you were making the moment right and taking care of the moment. That was a waste of my time both mornings.

$22+ for a bagel with lox and cream cheese is crazy. Waited in line for over 30 minutes got here at 11:10 on Sunday didn’t leave until after 11:40 crazy wait bad service okay food. Better bagel options in the area though.

Waited in a drive thru with only 2 people infront of me for 20 minutes just to get wrong bag of food. Went in and was told I would have to give them a little while it was given to someone else . There was nobody infront of us to give the food to. Will never step foot in there ever again. Save your money go to bagel factory on Glenwood

Today was my second time trying bc bagels. My first time I went to the drive-thru, and was the only vehicle there. It took about 5-10 mins to order and get my food. Today, I arrived and was the 5th car in line. It took me 15 mins to get to where you place your order. Then, when u finally make it there, I am told that I have to wait a “minute”. This minute ended up being 40 mins (30 of which there was no car in front of me). Then, after finally placing my order I waited another 10 minutes for my food.
Finally, one of my bagels had the wrong cream cheese on it, and the other had the wrong bagel. Definitely will not be coming back ever again, nor will I be recommending.

Anyway, the bagels have been rocks the last 3 times I've gone so I'll find somewhere else.
It was my first time and I am Very disappointed, I ordered a Pastrami Sandwich and they served it to me cold. I’m a New Yorker and never in my life have I ever been served a cold Pastrami Sandwich, and for almost $10 bucks it was on a burger bun. The McDouble from McDonalds is bigger! Person at the counter seemed to be bothered with taking my order, must not be happy working there. Not enough for me to go back ever again.

Ok.im in love with the fresh bagels. And as a personal note, incredibly kind and understanding after a rather embarrassing loss of touch with reality last year when my seizures became prevalent. Thankyou for the lovely experience and best garlic bagel I've ever had. Still awesome.

Great place for quality breakfast on a bagel. They have several different flavors cream cheese. A decent variety of hot and cold beverages. I usually take advantage of their drive-thru for convenience
