This is really nice Burger King. The staff is always courteous and efficient. Sometimes I have special orders, they always get them right. The restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean. They regularly have good specials.

👎Bad customer service & worse management. I had free 8 piece mozzarella fries with $3 purchase. Pulled in to get my order & they were out of mozzarella fries. The incompetent manager refused to replace the item because it was a free item from the app. I asked if he could just give me a 4 piece nugget instead to replace the item but he refused. Terrible management. Could have easily just made me happy replacing the item with another reasonable item but just refused to do anything. I wouldn't let this guy manage a lemonade stand!

Every time I have gone to this Burger King I have been a walk-in for take out. As usual in these types of restaurants, my order was put off until all the drive-ups were taken care of. I give a low Rating for Service because of that. So if you are a drive-up youll be taken care of quickly. It has always been clean, and neat. My food; mostly Whoppers, and Onion Rings; were hot, and tasted very good, although the Onion Rings (large size) were slight in number for the price. I've been in this Burger King in all seasons, and have always been very comfortable a la the Temperature. It; as All these types of restaurants need; could use a more friendly looking interior; not so orangey, and brown. Also no metal bars for collating customer line-ups. Overall, no difference from their fellow restaurants. 💙❤️🇺🇸🌈🙂

This is now the 4th time I've ordered food and not received it due to them being closed .. if the store isn't open stop accepting orders 😒.. No one wants to wait 4 business days to get a refund for something they ordered today 😤

This BK used to be the best fast food restaurant on Main St. Way better than McDonald's or Wendy's. But over the past few months has really gone downhill. The food isn't even edible anymore. The burgers never taste fresh and always have a not melted cold piece of cheese substitute on top. Absolutely disgusting soggy over salted fries. And the card machine breaks down often and you have to wait. I don't feel.safe feeding this food to my kids anymore as none of it tastes fresh or seems like it was prepared with care.

Worst Burger King I've ever seen go through the drive-thru get three burgers that were so burnt you could barely bite through them went in to say something to somebody they said oh well they're all that way.. I said can I have my money back they basically laughed and walked away from me.. they lost my business I won't shop there anymore
