So DoorDash gave me a hard time about my order called the store spoke to BRIE she was famonial excellent n great with me she told me that they were re making my food because dasher took forever until I was given a new driver!! Thank u again BRIE definitely earned my respect n business only one I’ll go to now

You ask for no pickles and the young lady making it held a handful of pickles dripping over my sandwich as she reads the ingredients...Thank God I wasn't Allergic.

Service isn't terrible, it's actually gotten better over the last few months. I generally don't have a complaint nor do I ever have to wait too long for my food. Comes to me fresh, well as fresh as fast food gets anyway.

Wicked nice staff. Chicken sandwich on a round bun. No ice. Warm sodas. And wow, this place needs a deep cleaning.

Every single time I've been to this Burger King (which is not often) I've received nothing but horrible attitude. Even the managers there have been horrifically rude. Picking up an order and you want to tell me I'm going to have to wait because "I'm making your times longer" by picking up the food? Then telling me it's my fault that you're slammed when you only have two orders... don't make me laugh. i've worked in food service many times, I know what slammed looks like and I'm still nice to my customers when our times are 10+ minutes on DT. No wonder people are saying nobody wants to work, it's because all the managers are like the ones at this store. Don't go here if you want to save yourself the brain power of dealing with incompetence!

2 times now went through drive-thru and got a med coke that's warm, no ice and flat! The fries were cold, burger was hot and warm onion rings. Not worth $18.00,

Won't be back last 3 tines in the last 19 days . Every burger I ordered which was a variety were overcooked to being dried out. Shrunk smaller than normal . And several were burnt .

So disappointed in the customer service I received I brought my family in there to have dinner The front desk customer service her name was tay tay Which was very rude and disrespectful with her mouth the way she rolled her eyes. She acted like she did not even want to be there or do her job? didn’t know there was no ice until after I ordered my order. She did not say there was no ice when I ordered my drinks as the fountain is on the other side and you get your drinks after you order. there were several people in there that were very disappointed. There was no ice and she didn’t inform them that there was no ice when the manager left. She told us to go to the front desk to get Ice so that’s what we did and she said there is no Ice, but another customer service lady was giving out ice. I will be calling the corporation informing them of how this customer service treated me. There was no need for it. She definitely does not need to have her job or she needs to be retrained on customer service. And I also will be calling management that’s how rude and disrespectful tay tay It’s not OK to treat people this way, especially paying customers
