No matter your order its messed up. This has happened multiple times, and this time all I asked for was no tomato. They put nothing but the patty on there. Nothing else. Just dont bother.

Asked for my items off the broiler and off the fryer, drive thru woman had to ask me multiple times what I said. She seemed like she had trouble talking to people. She never put those details in the order. I also got cold cinni minis with no icing. Waste of a trip here to be honest.

Went through the drive through for a pickup order. The young man at the window was polite and friendly. My pink lemonade was top tier exactly what I needed to wash down my ham sandwich and hash brown's. My son enjoyed his meal also.

Ordered BK Jr no pickle or tomato.. First there was a blonde hair and I seen the manager or supervisor that she was making it blame it on the new guy. Gave me a new sandwich with pickle on it.. Won't be going back. Here or norwich store. Very Disappointed

I really look forward to getting Burger King when I have a couple extra bucks every now and then. In fact it was one of my favorite places to grab a quick burger. I ordered my usually bacon king meal that is rather pricey for fast food but it’s a once in a while thing that I don’t do often so that’s fine. THE FIRST BITE I had what felt like a hair ball in my mouth I spit it out and gagged. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life I reached up to feel what was in my mouth and I pull a long strand of hair out of my mouth so I spit it out all together and I puked. Upon closer inspection there were MULTIPLE different strands of hair in my FIRST BITE. I’m absolutely appalled. I called the restaurant and I told them that I found the hair in the burger and the manager told me that he would not issue me a refund and said that I would have to drive all the way back to Burger King and show them the burger because he thought I was lying. And only then would he MAKE ME A NEW BURGER. I’m sorry but what establishment calls a customer a liar. This is the type of service you can expect if you decide to go get Burger King on court street. You should expect a long wait time and you should be very careful bc that might not be a strand of lettuce it could be hair. Will not be coming back.
