Waited over an hour after we ordered and still did not have our food. The place was not busy at all, but no food was coming out to any table, not just ours. When I told them we had to be somewhere and didn’t have time to eat now, take our meals off the bill and we are leaving. When we told them that, mysteriously they brought our food right out in a to go container. The food was cold so obviously had been sitting for a while. When we were leaving, another table that was waiting as long as us for their food jokingly asked to buy to go boxes off of us. Will never go back there again.

Burger Mondays is a great aspect of visiting downtown Binghamton. While there, I often get the Classic burger because I love cheddar cheese and bacon on my burger! I also was there for a baby shower and it was a great place to mingle with loved ones!

I came here twice during this restaurant week. The first time, I ordered from the restaurant week menu, the second time I didn’t. The price was similar either way. For the restaurant week menu, boyfriend and I had the NY strip with fries. He had the mozzarella appetizer and I had a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, we took the pumpkin cake for dessert to go. The steak was cooked nicely, very tender but I have mine rare to medium rare at most. Fries were tasty, I don’t know what it is with their ranch dressing but it’s not for me. I like nearly all ranch dressing but this one isn’t the one. We get it to dip our fries, this one isn’t built for that. The pumpkin cake had a custard feel to it, it was ok. The next time I visited, two days later, I ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls. I’m sorry I couldn’t get a photo but I’ve been getting these for years and I’d come here just for that. Also the sauce that comes with it is delicious! I’d prefer that for my fries. I ordered the ahi tuna sandwich, I love it, it’s delicious. Mom got the pop burger but added a fried egg and cheese to it. She really enjoyed it, said it had a little kick to it. This is a great local spot, I’ve been coming since before I moved up here.
Parking: It’s Binghamton street parking. Sometimes there’s a spot, sometimes it’s harder to find. Use the meter or Flowbird app.
Kid-friendliness: It’s definitely a nice place to come with family. We met my brother here either his wife and their young children.

Overall the experience was good. Great music. It took about 30 minutes after ordering to get the food, but it wasn't packed in the dining room.
Burgers are a decent size and the fries have good taste. Definitely recommend the garlic Parmesan upgrade. The straw provided for the shake, though, was way too small.

I have no idea how this place remains open. The wait for a burger was beyond unacceptable "50 minutes" my wife Tuscan said had what appeared to be booked steak and the lettuce was old. My recommendation is to shut it down for a week or so and get it together, guys.

The cost of the burger ($20) was excessive, and the service was subpar. Upon entering the establishment, I inquired about the daily specials. The initial bartender appeared to be in a foul mood. Additionally, they attempted to rush me out of my seat, as it was apparently reserved for regular customers. I will not be returning to this establishment.
