On 3/28 I was in town for business we chose Here to eat. I'd like to say that the service which was provided was phenomenal. Our server was polite and attendant. The food was mediocre at best. We ordered fried pickles which were super dry and crusty (needed to change fryer oil) and seasoned fried were soggy and cold , with a poor seasoning on them which looked haphazardly dumped on the pile of fries. The steak sandwich I got ( ordered medium rare ) came out well done and tough. Which more wight of onion then actual meat. The roll was burned on the inside . Had it not been for the server I would've left.

Wow... Awesome food. Their menu has something for everyone. My son and I had 2 of their special burgers. Ground pork Cubano burger and bacon jam cheese burger. Home made French fries. One order had garlic parmesan sauce that was outstanding. Beers were reasonable. The bar area was cool. Everyone should eat here often. I am from Albany. Enjoy locals and travelers.

First off our waitress was amazing, friendly, polite, joking with us made the dinning experience a good time! Now to the food , the appetizer was fried pickles, they came out very hot as they should CAS they were very close to being burnt! Now the entrees my son had the French dip which he thought was good , the rest of us had burgers , my wife's was overcooked very salty, my daughter in-law's was over cooked ,mine was overcooked, and very dry ! The bun fell apart very soggy. Again if it wasn't for our waitress I would of given zero stars.

Was seated quick, was waited on pretty quick. Then we waited 15 mins for app. Then waited 45 mins for barely warm food. They tried to butter us up with wine. Isn't worth going back.

Delicious burgers, great atmosphere. Will be going back again! Order the inferno burger... I'm in heaven. Soooo good.Parking: They have a small parking lot that's free. If you can't find a spot there, you'll need to pay to park on the street or the nearby parking garage

Have been twice, the first time just my Mom and I. The other with a much larger group. In both cases, the food was outstanding, the portions were good and the price was reasonable. The dining room design and theme plays well into the buildings character, the layout is flexible allowing sufficient space to accommodate a single person to a very large party while allowing space to breathe. The staff is very friendly, seem to enjoy what they do and even have fun with their job.Unfortunately, the consistent takeaway is that the kitchen times run very long. Drink service is not on point, either. Could be the servers aren't putting the drinks right in after taking the order, servers or management need to step in and assist when the bar is backed up. Perhaps they need a runner to get food and drinks to the tables while the servers are busy. My only concern for this place is the kitchen ticket times which is negated entirely by the quality of the food when you finally do get your meal.I would have difficulty recommending to a friend until there has been improvement in the speed of service; however, I can say without hesitation that I will continue to return by myself or w ith a group of friends and family as opportunity affords.Kid-friendliness: Although the overall theme is pub-ish, the actual bar is in an area separate from the dining room and the dining area layout is inviting of those who have kids. I have brought several nieces and nephews and we had plenty of elbow room.

Disclaimer: I hadn’t been to Burger Mondays in years. I always hear mixed reviews, so we were a little apprehensive about going. We had reservations for party of 5 on a Saturday night. We didn’t wait at all for our table. Restaurant was decently filled for a Saturday night with a large party at the bar. Our server was great- I wish I caught her name, she was so sweet and attentive the whole table loved her. Drinks came out of the bar very quickly (Their espresso martini is really good!!! A little on the sweeter side and with baileys but good!).Everyone loved the appetizers- we ordered fried pickles and the cheesesteak egg rolls. The portion sizes weren’t huge to share with the whole table (2 decent sized egg rolls, maybe 4 thin pickle spears) but everything was SO good! I truly believe I’m a fried pickle connoisseur, and these were some of the best I’ve ever had.Despite them telling us the kitchen was backed up and our dinners may be delayed, everything came out quickly after we finished our apps. Everyone enjoyed their dinners and there were 0 complaints. Seriously, it was really good!We would definitely go back again soon! I recommend giving it a try if you haven’t been in years. The inside is nice but could use some updating, as it’s looked relatively the same since it opened.

Went for restaurant week, food was excellent especially the pumpkin bisque. Ask the bar tender for any cocktail and he will make his own version of it.

Stopped in for early dinner while traveling. Our waitress Leslie took every drink order at our table except mine. Then came back to ask if I'd like something to drink too? Husbands order was wrong but she piped right up to say that she "put the order in correctly" and blamed the kitchen. My salad came w. No dressing. When I asked another waitress for it, she came back and informed me that Leslie was going to add it to our check. Salad dressing doesn't come w. the salad?Daugher ordered a 35$ chicken sandwich as part of their Restaurant Week menu, it came w. Overcooked prosciutto chips (that Leslie let us know weren't good after they were at the table. If she knew I wish she had recommended something else!). The chicken sandwhich was promptly trashed when we got home since it was "disgusting and bland". I can only hope the dessert portion of the prefix will be enjoyable.I ordered the Italian Beef. The bread was hard and it wasn't served as described on the menu. They left off the spicy pickles and the cheese. So I had a lil bit of roast beef on a over-toasted roll, w. ramekin of beef broth. Most of the food and the service provided by our out of uniform waitress, were both terrible. My son enjoyed his double Burger and fries very much. The atmosphere was nice. The Hostess was very personable. The salted Carmel milkshake was very tasty! We won't go next time we're in town. You shouldn't either.
