The son or whoever it is answering the phone has to be the single most disrespectful server i’ve ever dealt with. Guy has the worst attitude and mumbles on the phone so I could barely hear what he was saying, and then proceeded to get mad at me for not understanding him clearly.

Called for delivery and food was hot when it arrived. I thought theres would be a language barrier but no, the person talking on the phone understand english fairly well

The son of the owner is always answering the phone& he will put you on hold for five minutes when calling for pickups while he watches his YouTube videos. Everytime you call he says “please hold” & plays background music and you can see him doing it when you come in to pickup your food. You would think your on hold cause he’s cashing out a customer or taking another order but no your always on hold because he wants to finish his video on his phone. Customer first, phone second. His sister has much better customer service skills and acts like a professional even though she is younger. His mother has great customer service skills and she barely speaks English but is very friendly and kind and you can tell she appreciates your business. The food here is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really good like tonight and sometimes it’s really really bad and makes me not order for a long time. I live downtown so this place is more about convenience for me over preference. I would never choose this place if it wasn’t thirty seconds from my apartment. The building is kind of old and outdated and they also havnt changed their menu board since like 2007 and no prices are accurate. The place is a disorganized mess from random clutter over the warming trays that use to host the buffet to the numerous oddly taped dirty signs all over the counter that hasn’t been updated since the 90s. Fix your menu board, fire your son, put some money into the place and be consistent with the food and you guys will be in business another 10 years but if you don’t and some other Chinese spot opens up downtown you guys are TOAST. If you guys updated and stayed open late night till 4AM like DP dough you guys would make a killing with the seating area you always have closed. This is just a honest revirw from a long long long time customer!

All of these bad reviews on here are just people who don’t know how to order right complaining when they aren’t clear over the phone. This place has the objective best chinese food in the area for the prices and you would be crazy NOT to get food from here unless you’re willing to spend insane prices for food thats not that much better than this place anyways. That being said, be realistic—this is a cost effective and good place to eat, not some upscale Michelin Star eatery, seems like a lot of these reviews fail to understand that. My go to’s are the black pepper chicken combo and the boneless spare rib combo and I have yet to be disappointed ONCE in the last three years.

Worse Chinese food in Binghamton the lady on the phone can't even take a order right I ordered small Kung po chicken and she gives me large order and I told her I'm not paying for large order when I ordered small I'm never going back there again now I know why the place is always empty
Food wasn't cooked right rice was crunchy as can be overcharged some of the egg rolls were burnt the young lady in the front had a very nasty attitude very poor service and would not tell anyone I know to eat there my daughter food was messed up my son food was messed up and my food was messed up all because someone didn't like someone's attitude if you going to come to work with an attitude you should just stay home I see why they lose a lot of business overall the nastiest Chinese food I ever had in my life what a waste of $40 dollars

Some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had… It’s more worth it to pay for delivery for somewhere else better. The food was ready quickly, but at what cost? I have never wanted to eat leftovers less (threw it away)
