I love Dunkin' food & coffee. Unfortunately, this location struggles. Service time can be extremely lengthy, without obvious reasons. Staff can be very unprofessional. As others have mentioned, the drive through is awkward and it feels like you're going to hit a fence. Food has always been good, but I'd avoid this location if possible.

Didn't have the donut ordered online, so just didn't put it in the bag nor say anything to us so we had to turn around and come back. The coffees were made incorrectly, and the food was made atrociously. The sausage looked like it was being burned for days and the egg was somehow colder than room temp. Service couldn't have been worse. Noon on Saturday and busy. Shame.

It's Friday 11am, and I just watched the employees sit and ridicule a customer who sits here and spends money on herself and many others quite often. They're talking to her like she's a child and she's at least ten years their senior.

These workers had to work without PA system..and a line of cars..she kept her cool and they did amazing on the lattes too.. Many other stores can't make them write with a new store...bravo workers that's team work..

Never will go back. The worker totally ignored us at the counter. He was more interested in blasting his rap music with inappropriate lyrics for DD. TERRIBLE... if I could give negative stars I would. Shame on the owner of this location for not keeping it up.
No credit card or debit payments accepted. They also couldn't change a large bill, so I could only get half of what I went in for.

Very bad experience so early in the morning, I arrived at the establishment at 5:00 am a group of workers, they didn't open until 5:05 that's not a problem but it all started there the woman who opened the door opened it very angry and just threw The door didn't even say good morning. We stood in lines and he just said what do you want? The service was very bad My co-worker has a bit of an accent in her speech and she made a bad face about it over a cold caramel coffee. He never even said thank you or that they had a good day. You should have a little more empathy, since we came from far from our homes to work for a week in this city for an emergency with the electric light working 16 hours a day so that we can recover that attitude first thing in the morning. I hope I never return to this place

It's almost miraculous how long it takes to get an order. If you think that you might want lukewarm coffee in an hour, definitely order from here. I don't really blame the people so much as I blame an under-staffing issue at a relatively busy location for a Dunkin. Also, definitely don't try to order through something like UberEats or DoorDash, because your order will invariably be late, missing items, and possibly get canceled after you're left waiting for an hour and a half for coffee and a sandwich. There are far better options and little to justify stopping here unless you REALLY need coffee, and even then I think you'd have better luck literally anywhere else.
