Went for a caramel macchiato asked for less creamer not knowing it comes with milk and the lady said ok . Then when I receive it I point out it has alot creamer the lady says oh sir it doesn't come with creamer just milk . I wish she would of explained it at 1st when ordering. She didn't asked if I wanted fix or nothing so i just threw it out cause it takes all the coffee taste away . Plus ,food be tasting like if they dont change the oil or something .

Ordered Spider Donuts from this Dunkin to be delivered to young children on the day before Halloween. (24 hours in advance via Door Dash) Rec’d a cancellation notice approx 30 minutes before delivery time. I called Dunkin location and they told me to call Door Dash. Door Dash informed me that the STORE had cancelled the order. I’m not the first person to call Door Dash about this store, according to the person who took my complaint. Reading prior reviews, this location seems to have difficulties with orders, service, and customer relations. Drive further or order elsewhere.

The worst DD ever. The staff ignore you when you try to tell him that you're in a hurry you have to go back to work and it took them 30 minutes to make your coffee. They give the they give the customers nasty looks while they're working. And the place is filthy. I'd rather drive all the way to vestal just to get my coffee and have a clean place to get my coffee at.

Do not rely on this Dunkin if you’re in a rush and expect your order to be right the first time. the past 3 times i’ve went they’ve given me the wrong donuts and took at least 10 minutes. I gave the place 2 stars because I truly feel bad for the staff, they’re very nice most of the time. Don’t go inside if you don’t want to see angry door dashers and addicts of some sort. I now drive an extra 10 minutes to go to Vestals Dunkin on Rano Blvd, it has amazing service and they never get my order wrong.

I have quite literally never made it out of this Dunkin Donuts in less than 15 minutes. It doesn't matter if you go into the store and order with a person. It doesn't matter if you're in the drive through. It doesn't matter if you order in advance and go through the drive-thru or go into The physical building. This is unarguably the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to Anywhere. In America. Everyone has an attitude. Everyone treats you like you're the problem, and they literally have probably a 50 accuracy rate on orders. They're always out of basic things, And they work at the speed. Of an 80 year old blind woman trying to find a needle in a haystack.
I have never actively rooted for a location to close, but this one is so bad I would rather them just close. This is the most convenient one for me Yet. Instead, I go out of my way to go to different one, because this one is just so bad.
I was recently talking to a friend Who lives around the area Who, in very casual conversation, also mentioned that they agree. It is the worst Dunkin Donuts that they have ever been to. The fact that the reputation of this place is so bad Should be enough for it to close.

I knew better and still went there. Worst Dunkin in Doom County, hands down. Coffee was bland, even with five flavor shots. The entire cup was sticky and there were two long hairs stuck to it🤢 My hash brown coins were literally ice cold. Like I said, I knew better. It was just convenient at the time. Never again🙅🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
P.S. Not a S🍩UL should be buying donuts from this Dunkin when Manni’s right across the street!
