This Dunkin can be understaffed, causing longer wait times but my order has always been made right. Every time I come here and Patty is working, the lines move faster and service is great. She really holds it down there and is excellent!

Vestal location is just full of drug addicts stumbling around nocking chairs over,laying down and sleeping all around the property and just making the place look scary and feel unsafe

These workers had to work without PA system..and a line of cars..she kept her cool and they did amazing on the lattes too..
