Just went to dunkin this morning to get a bacon jam grilled cheese they 1st gave us the wrong item then after going back in to get what they had already messed up it was wrong yet again im sorry but egg dont go on a grilled cheese and maybe if you would pay attention to what someone says instead of rushing them yall would do a better job

Visiting from out of state, and this has been hands-down the best Dunkin’ in the area. Service is always prompt, the iced coffee is consistently spot-on, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

I love the new updated look, I'm not crazy about the bar and stools, I and many other people actually meet there to meet friends for coffee and you don't really have enough tables to do that anymore but It's Dunkin... What's not to love!
This particular place puts out good food but some of the staff need to be more public friendly, example, the woman at the window this morning looked like death warmed over no thank you no smile, nothing, it's best of you have a positive attitude.

My son often stops here on the walk home from west middle and they are so polite to him and whenever he brings mom home a treat out of his allowance it tastes wonderful.
