They made my order wrong twice. When I told them they rolled their eyes and a bad attitude. The drink looked and tasted nothing like what i wanted. Very disappointed.

This is the Dunkin closest to my house and on my way to work, for a while I was stopping every morning. I typically will place a mobile order and go in and grab it then head to work. Sometimes my mobile order takes 5 minutes, sometimes it takes 25 minutes. I order at the same time every day, around 7:15-7:20. Lately the mobile ordering capability has been shut off, I’ve gone inside a couple of times and I’ve also hit the drive through. Inside is fine, but you will wait 20 minutes for your coffee. The drive through is the same thing. I was in the drive through a few mornings ago for 25 minutes (there were 3 cars in front of me and I hadn’t ordered yet) before a staff member came to my window and said they were closing the drive through and I’d have to go inside. At that point I just left because I needed to get to work. The staffing situation is troublesome, many times they’ll only have 2 people on staff for morning rush. Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to put more effort into making it run smoothly. The people who work there struggle to keep up with the demand especially in the mornings. I’ll start coming back again when it doesn’t take 20-30 minutes to get a coffee! I love Dunkin, but not enough to wait that long each morning.

Slowest, dirtiest, most understocked and understaffed Dunkin there is. I’m surprised they even have donuts. This specific location has to be a loss to the franchise. Just close it down already.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. I’ve left multiple times around 6am due to no one answering the drive through, when I leave and look inside I see a women wearing a headset. When I do happen to get a response from the drive through I wait for 10mins before my order is taken and then they take a grand total of 15-20 mins to receive a coffee? I feel that the morning staff here does not give a damn about customers. I don’t want to be redundant so I’ll stop there. I’m done being late for work because it takes your staff 20 mins to take my order and make me a coffee. I’ll be going else where. Thank you, have a nice day!

Unfortunately one of the slowed Dunkin’s I ever been to. I order every morning and by the time I’m sitting there for 20 mins in line, my food is cold. Closest Dunkin to my house but would rather drive further to another location than have cold food and having to wait in line. I never write reviews but I feel very strongly. I also don’t think it’s the workers, if anything I give them a 9/10. However, I don’t know what the problem is buts it’s an everyday occurrence.

Stopped here craving a coffee after a long drive. Ordered a latte but ended up waiting 20 minutes to get it. The servers had forgotten my order, and I had to remind them it hadn’t been made. Should have kept on driving.
