If only Google could allow me to rate this place in negative. Customer Service was worst to the point that I was ready to leave without my order.I place an online pick order for latte, stood there for more than 15mins waiting until I had to ask cashier about what’s going with my order. Cashier guy was busy flirting with his coworker, and had 0 attention at customers.My order was oat milk latte with Caramel, he started making with Milk. Upon seeing it I had to tell him to look at my order again since I’m allergic to Milk. At the end I received warm oat milk with caramel and NO shots of Expresso but I paid full price for my latte.If it were upto me, I would let go of such employees who do not care about customer but only wants to flirt and earn undeserved money.WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO RATHER DRIVE AN EXTRA MILE THAN STOPPING HERE

Have gone to Dunkin Donuts all over the state. Ordered the same coffee too. It’s always $4 and change. Ordered today and they told me my total was $7.63. I let it go and wait to asked at the window. Let’s not mention the 15 minute wait in the drive thru. Asked at the window and was told it was because of the add ons. Well with the picture, you can see it should be $4.69 with my add ons even. Two workers argued with me about it. Wouldn’t fix it even after showing them on the app. So I left without my coffee. And went to a different Dunkin’ and paid the right price. Also not to mention the large pile of garbage laying on the floor that customers could clearly see.

Went through the drive through and was told they weren't taking orders due to short staff. When I explained I could not go inside to order due to my children. She said sorry, we don't have the time to take your order. This is why I do not go to the dunkin on this side of town. I understand being short staff but I don't agree with not having better customer service. They could have said we ate short staff, the wait will be a few but I can help you as soon as we can.

I don't know what to say. I have never seen worse customer service. After 16 minutes in the drive thru, I basically was thrown my food after paying. The franchise owner must know how bad this place is... I used to be a daily customer years ago...was MUCH better then.

First waited about 8 minutes in line drive thru and another 4 or 5 minutes when got to the window. Was just about to pull away when she came to the window. Not going there again.

The service at this location is terrible. I stopped there this morning thinking I would give them another chance after not going there for quite a while. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. After a 25 minute wait for a hot drink, it was luke warm at best and when I took the top off to look at it and it looked like they had completely forgotten to put the coffee in. While I would like to place the blame on the employees, I really think the responsibility for the poor service lies with the management/ownership. They are frequently understaffed when they are in a convenient location for travelers getting on and off the highway. A woman who also left dissatisfied and is more of a regular at this location commented that she was told that they had just cut the employees hours. With the level of business they do, cutting employees hours is definitely not working for them.

This will be the last time i come to this dunkin as it is the closet to my house. It would be quicker to drive to a further drinkin. Ordered ahead of time. 2 cars infront of me and each car waited ATLEAST 15 MINS at the pick up window. Took 50 mins to an hour to be able to drive off from the time i got there. I ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich, toast, and donut. The young lady was nice and did remake my food since it was cold. But i never got my donut, and my drinks weren't made. I had to retell everything i ordered. I was so irritated i forgot all about the donut until i was half way home. There was 3 ladies working. I came at 2pm on a Thursday! There is absolutely no reason for fast food/coffee should take this long! I have worked in many restaurants- this is completely insane!

Worst Dunkin ever. Don’t remember the order. The crew was chatting and very slow. Rude customer service. Please avoid this location.
