I’m really disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. Every time I come here, something in my order is wrong. They seem more focused on speed than accuracy, and I’m not the only one who has noticed this issue. For example, Today I ordered a 10-count variety pack of Munchkins, and they only gave me two kinds. If that was all they had, they should have told me instead of taping the box shut without saying anything. On top of that, every time I order a drink, it has to be remade because they don’t pay attention to details. I ask for oat milk, and they always make it wrong the first time. And this isn’t just about this location—it’s a Dunkin’ issue overall. Why am I being charged $0.25 for whipped cream when it’s already shown on the drink in the menu photos? I didn’t know I was charged until I got my receipt. I ordered a small frozen caramel coffee with oat milk and whipped cream, and while I did get the whipped cream (only because I paid extra), there was no caramel drizzle. Dunkin’ needs to prioritize accuracy and transparency with customers instead of just rushing orders out the door.

Poor service. Move very very slow. Talking about customers outloud about calling cops on customers that had a bad experience. The condiment station is soiled on the counter top and all over the floor.. I'm here already almost 10 minutes no one has cleaned it up yet even though I pointed it out. They are very unfriendly and customer service sucks this place is a joke! The work stations are dirty filled with what looks like milk and they are all working in the filth. ROSE IS RUDE AS WELL. No one demanded coffee I asked is their somebody to take these 2 people ahead of me order so we can move forward. Rose stated if anyone demands coffee, I'm not gonna make it. I'm sorry i stopped here for my turbo shot!

It's dunkin, got a latte(was hot), sausage and egg croissant(was hot) and a donut(was soft) had to go here cause Castle Creek employees failed to come into work.

They don't have any clue what they are doing. Always short on our order. Today my wife goes and gets coffee and they don't even care to check the lid, they ended up putting 2 lids and coffee spilled on my pants. Call for the manager and get hung up on
Dunkin is dunkin, but we left the morning queue on our three attempts this month after a 20+ minute wait

This is the busiest Dunkin I've ever visited and this past week the staff was simply amazing. The person who seemed like the manager was on top of everything. She kept the employees moving well by assisting and helping as needed while seeming to be busy doing her work too. There are so many people going to this Dunkin from as far away as Canada and Florida and I'm sure many other states. It's a convenient location (although sometimes the drivethru can be a little chaotic), and we go often when we are in town. They are typically fast with orders even when they're busy. Great staff and management, and orders are almost always perfect in our experience.
Vegetarian options: Drinks can be made with non dairy options and most menu options that don't include meat are vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Non dairy milk options are available. Any sandwich can be made with no meat or cheese.
Parking: Even when it's busy there are always at least a few spots open. The drive-thru can get pretty long so we always go inside.
