I just moved to owego from near Kirkwood and I grew up in kirkwood on frosty Joe's ice cream. Tonight was an amazing night and I got to share some spaghetti with Joe and got some ice cream for me and my mom.
Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free frozen deserts that are delicious even if you aren't lactose intolerant.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is always nice and they have amazing customer service. The have a kid sized dish and cone option if you don't want too much sugar in your kid.

Frosty Joe's is a first-rate and enjoyable ice cream spot. They have dozens of flavors and offer cones and cups. I highly recommend the Piece of Cake which is essentially yellow cake with chocolate frosting in ice cream form. It's amazing!
The staff were all super friendly and appreciated our business! Gotta love it!
We drove an hour and would drive more to come back!

My family loves this place. The ice cream is fabulous, and the service is friendly. The open air seating with the large painted rocks makes for the experience.
Always very busy and open pretty late!! They are efficient in the ordering process and always great with a smile! I know it's hard work working at a place like this, and they make it seem easy:) I will stop here any chance I get!
