Brought my oldest daughter here after a tough day of 11th grade for her. Getting her lil cup of soft vanilla ice-cream in a cup with rainbow sprinkles immediately put a smile on her face after finishing up her History regents. I got a toasted coconut cone. Side story: older guy. Scruffy. Looks like he had a hard day at work. Had a 'Vet' hat on. Bought his cone and as he walked away, all the ice cream fell to the ground. I just moved to owego from near Kirkwood and I grew up in kirkwood on frosty Joe's ice cream. Tonight was an amazing night and I got to share some spaghetti with Joe and got some ice cream for me and my mom.

Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free frozen deserts that are delicious even if you aren't lactose intolerant.

Frosty Joe's is a first-rate and enjoyable ice cream spot. They have dozens of flavors and offer cones and cups. I highly recommend the Piece of Cake which is essentially yellow cake with chocolate frosting in ice cream form. It's amazing!

The staff were all super friendly and appreciated our business! Gotta love it!

We drove an hour and would drive more to come back!
