Gance's Complete Catering

We hired Gance’s for my daughter’s Sweet 16, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Loree was incredibly detail-oriented and made herself available anytime we had questions or concerns, which gave us complete peace of mind during the planning process.

On the day of the event, everything was flawless — the food and drinks were absolutely spectacular! Each dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and served right on time. Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was.

Everything about Gance’s was amazing from start to finish. Loree was extremely patient and accommodating to not only my, but every guests dietary/allergy needs. We had multiple meetings regarding this and she made sure everything was perfect. The day of, the staff was amazing. So tentative and friendly. We had our nanny up at our Airbnb on property. I asked them to bring her a plate for cocktail hour. Not only did they find me and confirm they brought it up to her, they brought her dinner before I even had to ask. Everyone congratulated us on getting married and they were just so nice. I cant rave enough about how great they all were. I want to have 100 weddings just so I can hire them every time

Let's start with cocktail hour. Pe made meatballs.,stale crackers. Dinner buffet no salad dressing for salad, chicken picata dry to much pepper lack of sauce, ham flat out horrible it was cheap boiled ham heated up, scalloped potatoes flat lack of cheese, penne vodka way over cooked.

We were extremely happy with Gance catering. Great food. They were easy to work with, they were very flexible, and they communicated promptly by phone and email. We were especially happy with Loree who helped us develop a custom menu including a set up option. She kept us up to date on the process and made us feel reassured that all would go well. On the day of the event, the Gance caterer was on-time, unobtrusive, and very helpful. Chris set up the serving line in a way that kept all the food fresh and always full. He was very personable and worked great with our family, and at the end of the event he cleaned everything and nicely wrapped the leftovers for us to take home. Most importantly, the food prepared by Gance catering was delicious and plentiful. We highly recommend Gance catering, and we will choose them again for our next event. We had a catered breakfast today at Auchinachie through a vendor of ours. I just wanted to reach out and say that Lorie (sorry if I spelt it wrong) did an amazing job from start to finish!!! Kudos to her for doing it all on her own and definitely adding the woman's touch. Perfectly done, and the food was great also!! Thanks again!!

Guests are still raving about the food at our wedding and my 10 year old nephew compared the mashed potatoes to Grandma's (a compliment!!). I couldn’t have asked for a better company to go with. Loree, the sales manager, is INCREDIBLE at what she does and the food tasted phenomenal. The company is based in NY, and we had our wedding in PA. Thankfully they were able to travel to my location because we really won with them. During our tasting she really had us because the setup was beautiful and like a real dinner, the whole experience was just great. During the wedding staff couldn’t have been more on-point with the service to our guests. We got a buffet-style setting and Loree was serving us as we were sitting at our table, impeccable service - seriously. And she and her staff just acted like they really cared. Everyone at my wedding claimed how amazing the food was - (even complimented by a couple of my family members who are the greatest cooks I’ve ever met). Their choices on the menu are truly great. During wedding planning, every time I had a question for Loree she would answer immediately. Again, I wouldn’t have asked for a better catering company than them and I would recommend them over and over again. Thank you so much Gance’s!

Great food and friendly employees

Used them for my sister’s wedding at Longacre Farm and we were not disappointed. Loree was truly a lifesaver and made sure every detail was addressed, even ones we totally forgot about. Service was exceptional and food delicious. Highly recommend.

Thank you for a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner! Probably the best I've ever had. The portions were very large. Everything was hot and ready to serve immediately. The mashed potatoes were the best I've ever had anywhere. Everything was absolutely delicious! We will DEFINITELY be calling for Christmas!!!! Thanks again! A definite 5++++!

Loree and her team went above and beyond to cater the 100-person welcome party for our wedding weekend at Estates by Brophy this October! Loree was easy to communicate with behind the scenes and she even coordinated with our venue in advance to ensure all went smoothly on the day of the event. We chose the “picnic on location” option and it was so nice that Gances took care of not only the food but also the extra details like plates, cups, silverware, napkins and linens. All the food was top quality, with the brisket and macaroni & cheese as the biggest hits! Additionally, when I reached out to Gances about hiring extra staff to support on our actual wedding day (for which had a different caterer) she was more than willing to help. She connected us with Andrew, who was friendly, professional, and jumped right in with the unfamiliar catering team! We highly recommend Gances for your next bbq-style event!

Gance's Complete Catering was wonderful from start to finish. This was a destination wedding for my daughter, and Loree made me feel so at ease with everything and coordinated with the tableware rental agency as well as assisted with the dessert table and table arrangements. All of the food was delicious, and I highly recommend the butternut squash soup as it received many compliments! Prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend Gances!
