I’m not sure how to capture this in words, but this restaurant is nothing short of extraordinary. I don’t know what it is, but I absolutely adore this place. Today I decided to try something different—the pulled pork—and I genuinely didn’t think anything could surpass the beef arepa (I believe that’s what it’s called). Oh, how unbelievably wrong I was.
The pulled pork was extraordinary. It had layers of flavor—each one distinct, vibrant, and dynamic—yet somehow they all harmonized perfectly. You can tell the person in the kitchen is a true artisan and a master of his craft, turning humble ingredients into something genuinely remarkable. Every bite feels intentional, balanced, and unforgettable.
This is not a five-star restaurant—this is a place that makes the entire rating system feel inadequate. Twenty stars wouldn’t be enough. My only “complaint”—and it’s hardly a complaint, more of a selfish wish—is that I’d love for it to be open more often. But honestly, the limited hours almost make the experience better. The anticipation builds, and when I search it on Google and see the word “Open” written in green, it feels like winning the jackpot.
An outstanding culinary gem in Broome County—a place that turns a simple meal into an experience—and one I wholeheartedly recommend.

Stopped by on our drive home and was really happy we did. The owner was really nice and the food was great. I’ve been craving sweet plantains and these didn’t disappoint. The Guarapita cocktail was great, was worried it would be too sweet but it was a perfect balance.

I was so excited to find a really good alternative to the standard American fare everywhere else nearby. We were passing through the area and spotted this place on Google. So glad we found it! This is by far my favorite place in Binghamton. The owners are the nicest people you’ll ever meet and the food is to die for! I’ve never in my life experienced such flavorful food. I tried around 7 dishes so far and every single one was fantastic! I’m convinced the chefs here can’t make a bad dish. Do yourself a favor and stop down. You will be dreaming of their food for weeks to come. I promise!!!
