Update (response to owner’s response): Your opportunity to serve me better would be to allow the workers to put the green peppers on my sub. Will you allow this? If not, I will not return as a customer.
I have been to this location at least a dozen times. The subs are extremely expensive for a large sub (about $18) and they don’t have that many veggies to go on them, but they are generally tasty.
Every time I go, I get the same thing - a large turkey sub with lettuce, onions, pickles, and oil & vinegar. I also always ask for the fresh green bell peppers that they keep in the case. Today when I went in the worker told me they are not allowed to put the green peppers on the turkey sub because are reserved for the veggie subs. They had already sliced the turkey for my sub and I told him that if they can’t do the peppers that I would not like to buy the sub. He said okay and still did not offer to put the peppers on. I told him that I would not be returning to Jersey Mike’s and to please let the manager know that they have lost customer over this. I can’t believe that they won’t put peppers on a sandwich that is $18 when they have the peppers right there in the shop. What terrible business.

First visit Thur Jul 10, had a Philly steak and a Stubborn soda. Philly was hot from first bite to last and the cream soda was awesome. Will definitely return soon to try a different sandwich.

Wish I hadn't listen to a few people in which I value their opinion on this place cuz I had a feeling I'd like it and boy oh boy My family and I just ate the stare the second time in the last week and a half and I probably will be there another two times in the next week and a half as well well worth the money quick and it beats your typical fast food joint hands down!!!!!!
We love going to Jersey Mike's on Upper Front st in Binghamton! The staff are very kind and friendly!! The subs are always delicious! They have lots of seating. We are usually there twice a week. ❤️💙❤️

First impression it was clean the service was very good and polite. The sub was very good. I got what they called gaint and it was just that. I could only eat half of it. The only downside was we went to sit down and put my hand on the table and it was very wobbly to the point I pushed it more up to the wall thinking if I truly needed support to stand (doto I'm disabled) this table would definitely brake. But otherwise outstanding.

When did the meat portions decline? The amount of meat today was equal to subways meat. The quality of product since first opening your stores has declined. And by reading reviews this has been going on for awhile. We rarely order but as a treat and was very underwhelmed by the amount of meat and cheese. For the price of the product we will not be back.

I am a regular customer, today I ordered a Philly Cheese, I think the amount of meat on the sandwich was a portion for a smaller sandwich.. The bread was empty, with over cooked onions and green peppers... Usually they have great Subs. Not today...
