Always terrible service on days.... extremely slow, missing food, they miss entire orders often, unorganized workers, workers swearing out loud often, food mediocre. Today ordered online and when I got there at time order was supposed to be ready, not in pick up area. I had to wait for them to get through the long line of register orders, then theg acted like they didn't know about my order. Had to wait another 20 minutes for a simple order of 4 pieces of chicken and 2 sides.

I drove thru the KFC in Binghamton for my weekly yummy chix, soft biscuits and mashed potatoes. It was only $5 ; you can’t beat that. No cooking, yay!!!!! The stunning girl in drive thru greeted me with a big smile and gave me wonderful service!!! Shoutout to Binghamton store for putting a smile on MY face and yummy, yummy food! See you next week.

This McDonalds is the worst i've been to in the area. We waited for 15 minutes!! To get 2 cups of coffee to go and the cashier didn't even give our .21cents back and receipt at the window!. I think they were getting another pot going but still this is unacceptable at the mintues given to us. To anyone looking to grab something to eat look somewhere else.

Scott at your drive thru window needs a new job.. cant count.. tells me original is cooking 10-15mon wait.. while waiting a bunch of cars go to drive thru get food and leave..I pull up to drive thru to see where my food is... no one's there... go inside.. hes no where to be seen.. nice young man asks if he can help me... tells me the chickens been done has no idea why Scott never took care of my order... never had this kind of service there before.. always were great...fire scott!

The worst place, the workers are always on the phone and serve in a bad way and the closing time is at 10 pm and they always close at 930 pm and the managers and owners do nothing, a rubbish business.....
