After being ignored by the Staff at this location one night while ordering, I then returned the following day to complain to the manager tht I was ignored, and still they clearly don't give a ****. Now I can't help but think it was a race issue maybe? I called McD customer service, they said theyd get back to me, nothing. Never againa. My kid can get Kids Meals from Wendy's or BK. He'll get over it fast enough.

Canceled my breakfast order. Placed it at 10:20 and they canceled it through the app at 10:45 while I was standing there after waiting 20 minutes

By far the most slowest chain ever
Don't go to this lame McDonald's as every morning there are but two workers in the kitchen with ten cars outside in line for the drive through and five people inside in line for mobile pick up orders still waiting. Then when I get so frustrated that I'm gonna be late for work I try to cancel my mobile order of almost ten dollars but the app State it CANNOT CANCEL due to order already underway. That's BS and a crock as multitudes ahead of me are waiting for their order which obviously is NOT underway. Go to BK or Dunkin or Wendy's not this pathetic restaurant running on two workers every morning!!!! You'll be late for work, I guarantee that!!!

The customer service is a problem, but what more is a problem is the prioritization. I used the app to order online for pick up through drive thru 20 minutes in advance because I know that this particular McDonald’s always takes forever to make orders complete. Cool, I get there and they seem busy which is the usual and completely understandable. The ringer tells me “mobile orders will take 15-20 minutes” like I said I already placed my order 20 minutes ago but fine. I wait 20 minutes and come back around he says the same thing. Me being patient and understanding I wait another 20 minutes, I come back a third time he says it again and this time I tell him it is my third time coming around after waiting 40+ minutes and he says “we’re only doing doordash and uber right now man, but you got to wait and hop on line”, like I haven’t done that already. Now I have zero experience working fast food but I do retail, so what is more important is the customer in my face, not over the phone. I would think the same applies to fast food. Cater to the customer who is at the establishment, not the ones who order food at their location. I feel and believe I should have full priority than delivery orders because I am there physically. This is a fast food establishment, nothing about it was fast. Ended up canceling my order to go to Popeyes across the street because my time was not respected. I only have an issue at this McDonald’s. Never anywhere else I have been to. Policies place that says delivery over present customers need to change

Honestly I shouldn't be surprised because they screw up almost every other order but figured I could at least get it hot...instead pretty sure I was sent off with someone's must've been drive off cause these burgers were STONE freaking cold the cheese wasn't melted literally might as well have been fresh from the fridge. One was supposed to be no pickle and was made plain while the other was just regular cause I expected them to be able to make the sandwich as it comes since they do all day but mine came only pickle. I guess it's too much to ask for hot sandwiches but not to much to ask for minimum raise wages. I don't get how some of you are making even that, rude as heck most of the time, half of you roll your eyes, bring your crappy attitudes to work then make crappy food. Honestly we each took a bite out of them so they wouldn't get rewrapped for the next person who worked all day and just wanted something hot on the way home so their spare time can be given to their kids before bed.

One.. and only one star. This location is by far the worst. Starting off the food, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR FOOD THAT ISN'T PROPERLY DONE. The grease is always old as if they don't have anyone cleaning the fryers at all. There's no salt on anything at all, and you'd be very lucky to get anything fresh here. Now delivery services, picking up for this location is always a nightmare. Wait times above ten minutes, and trying to get someone to check on your order is highly unlikely as there is almost no awareness for anyone upfront. Three, trying to apply for this location. One time, I tried to get a job here because I had past McDonald's experience, and it's a very convenient spot for me. I went in for an interview and was told to call, and the phone doesn't even work. It rings forever (we tried calling ten times during different times of the day). YOU CAN GET YOUR FOOD FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.
