Two weeks ago I ordered food and they refused to fulfill it. Saying and I quote “we aren’t accepting door dash orders”. I thankfully got my refund back. Anyways fast forward to today, I thought lemme give it another try. Well, I did receive my order however, they forgot my child’s toy in their happy meal & they gave me a burger with no onion or pickle on it with two bottom buns. Will never order from here again.

Order was wrong immediately upon reviewing the contents of the bag. After getting the missing item we left. Down the road we realized we got a 4 pc happy meal instead of the 6pc we ordered and there were only 3 nuggets in it. My 6 year old says dad these nuggets don't taste right and she was right they were no good. I don't know if they were spoiled or just undercooked but either way gross. Also they were showing out of stock on the advertised special meal.

Slowest McDonald's possible in the planet. Currently in the drive through line and we are all the way around to the front of the building currently. Haven't moved in 5 plus minutes. This is everytime I go here. Update I have moved 1 car length in 15 minutes

I placed a mobile order, checked in at the drive-thru and showed up to the window to get my food and they didnt have it. I was told I would have to drive back around (I already waited 20 minutes in line). Well, we went inside and the lady was RUDE and told us we weren't getting our food! The order was for 6 children!!! I would've waited for myself but it was for kids!!! We went back on our app and the order was declined! The service was HORRIBLE. We went to Burger King instead ✌️

Absolutely the worst McDonalds on the planet. Do not enter the drive thru lane you may be trapped for 45 minutes! By the time I made it to the window and I am not lieing 45 minutes. I was told they had no muffins. I would have never waited as long but the way the drive thru is set up you cannot exit once you enter. Employees are extremely rude will never visit this location ever again.

Every person in the drive threw was told to park and eventually walked in because they were tired of waiting. Employees walking around doing nothing, all with entitled attitudes. Manager did care at all.
