This place is THE worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes before a nasty voice asked me what I wanted. The order took another 10 minutes, food was cold. Order incorrect. This place is horrible.

Drive through time was okay, order carmel frappe, of course like everything else today prices have increased but at least I would expect a full medium size drink not 3/4 cup full. 2 stars because drive through wait was reasonable

We usually get a happy meal weekly for years. They left off the sauce and ask the young man about and didn't realize they gave extra fries? The employee was so rude. He actually reached inside the meal and took out the apple slices saying you got extra fries you can't have apple slices. I've actually waited 5 to 8 minutes before anyone will even take order. Very poorly run and some employees are extremely rude and or nasty.

Took way too long to fill a breakfast order... Ordered on mobile app, and had to wait 18 minutes for our food after arriving at this location. It was 8.00 in the morning and only appeared to have three employees working?? Not very fast, though. Many other customers also waiting.

So I used to live by the McDonald’s on Upper Court And I stopped in there a few times And stop going because every time I went through there it seems like the drive-through and window people We’re annoyed by my presence you know if you asked for any change to your order they were very rude... Dont like the Mc. Vibes...

If you like waiting in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes when there is 2 cars in front of you this is the location for you. Can't tell which is slower this one or the one on front street both horrible every time I come here it's faster to literally drive to the one in vestal 10m each direction than ordering from here when I'm in the area..

Went to the drive through to get some breakfast at 10:00 am. Lights are on but no one is taking orders or even acknowledging that you're there. Drive up to the pickup window and finally someone comes up and says they're closed. Advised them that they might want to shut the lights off then. Left and went to Burger King.

490 court street Mc Donalds stay away. Always takes over 30 minutes. Staff is terrible and attitudes will ruin your day.
Any particular reason I ordered chicken nuggets yesterday didn't get my bbq sauce and ordered pancakes this morning and receieved no Syrup. I work 62 hours a week and can't leave so I have to door dash it. It would be nice to pay attention to condiments but I guess ill just choke on these dry pancakes.

Had a bad experience - placed mobile order drive thru was backed up. I sat there for a few minutes and didn't ever hear anyone say anything through the speaker. I went inside and no one said a word to me or another customer that came in. I ended up canceling my order and going to Windsor. I understand they are busy and don't mind waiting, but a simple, "We apologize for the wait and will be with you shortly," would have gone a long way.

I used kiosk, as there were no counter personnel. For was delivered to the table relatively quick.
Parking: Only about 5 spots near building. All the others were for app, door dash, etc.

Can we ever place an order at this place without something missing, something made incorrectly, etc? If you want to be paid more than $14 an hour, then do your jobs correctly and stop screwing things up.
