Employees are rude. At the drive through they will take 5-6 orders and then pull the cars ahead, bring out their orders, rinse and repeat. They argue with you when you try to complain about this practice. You are waiting 20-30 minutes. Either they are low on staff (due to altered wait time practices to show a need) or they just don’t care. Store management does nothing. Corporate does nothing.

Waited 25 minutes in drive through. Went inside to cancel my mobile order and had to argue with the guy. Horrible service DO NOT come here unless you have 1 hour to spare

Went here to pick up a DoorDash order and the two employees refused to do anything. We sat at the drive thru for like 10-15 minutes being completely ignored, all while a prerecorded message kept telling us they’d “help us soon”. When we eventually got tired of waiting because the order would have been late, we pulled up to the window… only to find the employee standing there, vaping! She then rudely opened the window and said “What do you need?” as if we dared to inconvenience her by expecting her to do her job. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and judging by the other reviews, this location should be closed permanently. Not to mention how gross it is to be vaping around peoples food without their knowledge/consent. 🤮

Everytime I have gone there the fries are so cold they are like potatoe sticks! Always a park and wait 20 to 40 minutes for cold food! Burger King down the road , no wait , fries are always hot!!!

I was traveling in my rv... stopped at another mcds off 81 nearby- their menu was all blacked out(no pics)? the prices were about 40% more than anywhere else? only value meal was a chicken sandwich? I left w/o ordering. THIS LOCATION..was EXTREMELY busy at 12:45 for lunch. Workers were really hustling, you could tell they needed help- and I ordered a meal with multiple adjustments figuring it may not be correct. IT WAS EXACTLY AS I ORDERED IT! This crew really hustled & deserves some kudos!! and probably a raise. Great Job!!

This is by far the worst mcdonalds in the history of the restaurant. The employees are AWFUL. 25 minutes in an empty drive through and still didnt get anything. This place needs to be shut down.
