If I could rate this 0 starts I would. They don’t even deserve the 1 star that I’m forced to give. Was there on a Sunday night as I was the only car in the drive thru. Waited 5-10 minutes for someone to take my order. Just wanted two McFlurries for my kids. I can’t them and they didn’t even mix them up. So I go inside just to have them mixed up. Only one person ahead of me that the so called “manager” was helping. I know she saw me waiting. And instead of asking what I need she goes outback and ignores me. Talk about outstanding customer service. If they weren’t for my kids i would have told them to kick rocks instead of waiting 30 MINUTES. Never ever ever again. They would be doing themselves a favor by closing their doors instead of consistently being terrible.

Three times I've been here and was told to go to the special waiting areas (drive through). Understandable if they were busy. Three cars in the lot and none at the drive through. I waited near 1/2 hours for my food. A m double and kids happy meal. They already took my money so I had to wait. I got home (8 miles away) and my daughter was upset that they didn't even put nuggets in the box... Just fries.Foods not fast, way too expensive, and workers definitely dont deserve whatever they are getting paid.I could excuse them, but they didn't even hintto us anything was wrong. Just left us waiting in the car.

hands down the worst mcdonald. sat in the drive thru asked for fresh cooked chickens cuz i dont want the stale one's sitting in warmers all day had me wait 10 mins to still get stale and over cooked chickens like its so hard to drop some fresh chicken that take 4 mins too cook smh if u can take a drive to windsor there mcdonalds is alot better and food is always fresh

they messed up my order got nothin right, there was underwear in my food and they rubbed there feet on my food and dipped the toes in my milkshake, never going to eat here again. And 100 per person and they took 3 hours per person and a leak on the celling leaking on me and the toilet at tons of dierahha with moldy food no picture to much of a problem

It appeared the screens displaying the orders wasn't working on the counter side. They put order receipt stickers up on the screen so they could follow along and fulfill each order. Meanwhile they where very pleasant and cheerful. They all worked together like a well oiled machine (those are hard to find now a day). Great job crew and manager/crew leader!
Messed up my order waited more than 20 minutes to have them take my order nobody came so had my kids do it on the kiosk couldn't get a gift card because of the lack of

They finally "fixed" the shake machine... Aka they found someone to pour the giant bag of shake mix into the top of the machine lol... Nobody ever wants to do it at the end of their shift so they just leave it for the next people who also leave it for the next people and so on... But I recently actually got a milkshake from them and was very happy! Yay
