Placed an online order at 1:09 p.m. to be picked up at 5:15 p.m. when I showed up my order was nowhere to be found. I and several other people were waiting for online orders that were not ready when expected. Spoke to 'Manager' showed my online order and gave my name. He walked away and never came back to address me whether the order was found or he was going to make it. VERY POOR ATTITUDE and SERVICE! Will NEVER return there.

Dirty and understaffed. One person running behind the counter while their coworker fussed with things to look busy but did nothing to really help. Was putting together a pickup order when we got there, and by the time he finished assembling that, we were the first of four parties in line at the counter waiting. Coworker still did nothing. Messes on the floor; salsa bar was slopped over; unwiped tables; out of basic supplies including cutlery.

Please don't eat here, I got food poisoning after eating only half of a burrito bowl, and became violently ill. It ruined a perfectly good day and work, and I had to spend the afternoon lying on the floor of my apartment waiting for the nausea and stomach cramps to pass.
