Definitely exceeds my expectations!! Broth tastes great. You can tell they made it by themselves. Wings are juicy and tender inside, and crispy outside. Love it!

Great food, loved the cold noodle dish I ordered. It was perfect for a summer day. Everything was flavorful and the staff were very welcoming. Will definitely return.

Tasty!
Gosh darn it, I wish I’d taken pictures!
The food was so good the thought didn’t even cross my mind.
My husband and I wound up here after two failed attempts at other Asian restaurants (they were closed unexpectedly).
We love Thai food. While we maybe white as Wonder Bread our palettes are expansive and well tested.
The wings were great with that delightful little sauce they toss it in.
I got the pho. It was excellent! Deep flavor that’s a little sweet and savory and very more-ish. Sure do love some slurpy pho and this hit the spot.
My husband got the short ribs and was delighted! He didn’t talk much while eating, that’s a good sign.
The space is beautiful and modern.
Our waitress was delightfully courteous and endearing.
This restaurant will definitely be in our lineup for future date nights/days.
Thank you all so much!!

Variety of vegetarian options, everything I’ve tried has been delicious with complex flavors.
Good pho joint in Binghamton. Works go again if I'm ever passing on I81 in the future.

Pho and drinks were on point, summer rolls slammin, the spiciness scale is helpful for white boys like me

After our cruise, we were driving back from New Jersey and found this place on Google. It was definitely worth stopping for and a much needed change from all the food we've been eating the past week on our ship.
Waitress had a bad attitude. Food tastes good but noodles came out in a brick. Tried the pork summer rolls since I’ve had several summer rolls at previous Vietnamese restaurants and it tasted rotten. Waitress copped an attitude when I asked for it taken off the bill. Then said waitress didn’t come back to the table and took her break right in front of us. We had to call over another waitress for the bill and take home containers. She was great obviously knew how to have customer service. Definitely won’t be going again!

First time trying this place and we ordered to go. The customer service was exceptional, the atmosphere great, and the food delicious.
We ordered a pork Banh mi, chicken vermicelli, spring rolls, summer rolls, mango green tea boba, and black milk tea.
I do prefer some sauce or mayonnaise with my Banh mi, but that may not be traditional. Otherwise all was delicious. Thier peanut sauce is thin but flavorful and the oil/sauce with the spring rolls was delicious too!
For those wanting to dine in, they have indoor and outdoor seating options.
My only complaint is the parking situation. It's very limited but if you live in the area, or go downtown Binghamton often, you're probably use to it. Nothing to reduce their rating over.

I mean, their name gives it away, they are phenomenal or Pho Nomenal. No boasting on their part just accurate statements of how delicious the food is. We were finally able to get parking near here and check it out. We ordered one hot and one iced Vietnamese coffee. We also ordered the wings and they were delicious, I highly recommend them. The mix of flavors on these chicken wings are incomparable to anything else in the area. The skin was perfectly crisp and the inside was tender and juicy.
Ok, the pho, we both ordered the pho listed with ribeye and also opted add-ins of mixed vegetables and an egg. The egg is cracked in a small dish and brought out to you, it will cook up in your very hot soup so you can mix it in. If this doesn’t suit you, definitely don’t get it as an add-in, I didn’t really notice it once it mixed in so I could just have kept the beef and veggies. The soup is nice and flavorful, it’s not spicy, so it can be well suited for anyone. That being said, I love spice and can’t get enough. For those that love spice like I do, they include sriracha sauce at the table for a little kick. There’s also hoisin sauce (a sweet tangy bbq favor), and fish sauce which adds a nice savory (umami) flavor. Those sauces I great and yes, I used them all. I reached around to the other side to grab the little jar. I’m honestly not sure if it’s sambal olek or an in-house spicy sauce, but you can see all the seeds from the chilis in it and that’s where you can find a bit of spice. Try a little to see if you like it before adding a bunch to your soup. We can add more, we can’t subtract. I added a bunch and loved it, to each their own. Give this place a try, the food is great and it’s a comfortable relaxing restaurant.
The pho portions are massive, it worked out to be two meals in one for me, I love that! Also, I wanted to note the restrooms (at least the women’s) were clean and spacious, and accessible. The doors seemed larger to accommodate a wheelchair if needed, the also have grab rails nearby for accessibility, multiple hooks to hang your purse, coats, backpacks, or whatever, and they have a changing table. The restrooms are just in and to the left upon walking in, which also keeps them away from the main dining area, always a good idea.

This is the only place in Binghamton my husband and I will eat at because we love it so much here! We always get the eyeround steak pho with extra noodles (SO GOOD!) The table sauce they make is tasty and adds a little kick to the dish. They provide ample bean sprouts and leaves on the side. The aesthetics are very cute here and I appreciate they have a full bar. My only complaint is parking can be difficult sometimes but it's worth it! Our experience has always been positive and the service is great - we always look forward to coming back whenever we're in town! :)

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to. The food is amazing, the service was great and the overall atmosphere was very good! It's a must try for Asian cuisine in the Binghamton area!
